PROVIDENCE is a vacation paradise located on a lush two acre estate on tropical CAPTIVA ISLAND Florida. Located on Wulfert Channel, a short walk along a sandy path to quiet, private beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. Providence offers unlimited opportunities to enjoy the sun, the sand and the water!

PROVIDENCE is a newly constructed 4 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom luxury house. Warm tile floors, quartz kitchen counter tops, elegant kitchen, new furniture, and floor to ceiling windows contribute to a warm, inviting Beach Chic look.

PROVIDENCE is a multi-functional home that sleeps 8, welcomes families looking for time together, couples seeking respite from their responsibilities, fishermen, golfers, anyone seeking time to unwind, sun to soak in, water to refresh and a beautiful tropical island experience to remember.

PROVIDENCE provides living space that combine utility and utopia.

The FAMILY ROOM is a large comfortable, peaceful place to read, watch the 65" FLAT SCREEN TV, visit, snooze or just sit and enjoy the beautiful views of the the natural beauty of the island property or the private pool and spa below.

The MASTER BEDROOM has a king bed, a large closet, and a luxurious large bathroom with a soaking tub, double sinks and shower. The East BEDROOM has a queen bed as well as a private balcony overlooking the property, and a private bathroom. The West BEDROOM has two twin beds with a bathroom with tub and shower just outside the bedroom. The Fourth BEDROOM has a Queen bed with a bathroom just outside the bedroom.

PROVIDENCE has a large SCREENED LANAI. Located off the main living level connected to the kitchen, family room and Master Bedroom. The screened lanai is furnished with a dining table for 8 and a sectional couch. The lanai overlooks the private pool and hot tub below as well as the lush grounds. Below the lanai is a large shaded area with chaises to enjoy the pool and hot tub while staying out of the sun.

There is a LARGE SUN DECK surrounding the OUTDOOR HEATED POOL and HOT TUB to relax and take in the warm sun.

We have 6 bicycles (we do not supply helmets) and 3 kayaks (we supply life jackets) for your use. We also supply 8 beach chairs as well as 8 chaises for lounging around the heated pool and hot tub.

Fabulous space. Clean and not cluttered. Great pool and hot tub. We enjoyed kayaking and biking. Even caught some fish from the dock. Great access to low traffic beach. Amazing memories.

Wonderful Family House
We enjoyed a very nice week at Captiva Providence! The house was perfect for our family (2 grandparents, 2 parents, 2 teenagers). Extremely clean and updated with a terrific basement den. The beach across the street has a very private feel to it. We were there during spring break and there were only ever a handful of other folks on our stretch of the beach. Michael was great with communication and everything logistically was a breeze!; Highly recommend!

Christmas Family Vacation
This house was perfect for our multi-generational family! The house was spotless and well designed. Everyone had room to gather and then spread out when needed. The space, the pool, the kayaks, the easy path to the beach and the very friendly, responsive owners made our week really fun.

The property was clean and well maintained. The dock with kayaks in the back and private beach access in the front was so convenient. We'll definitely consider coming back in the future. The owners are available but not intrusive.

A slice of paradise!
This property was amazing and accurately depicted in the description! The owner was super responsive and helpful in terms of recommendations in the area, too. The house had everything we needed and was a great location. We loved the private beach access and pool on the property. The beds were also very comfortable. Great Family Vacation Home
We stayed at Providence with my daughter, son-in-law and grandkids. We had a wonderful time. The place was very clean and we were close to the ocean. The kids had a great time swimming everyday in both the pool and the ocean. Mike and Mary are wonderful hosts. They are always there to help you.

The property was designed with your every want and need taken into account. Property owners were on site and available but only if needed. Property is centrally located near shopping and restaurants but secluded. Will stay again if we return to Captiva in the future😁

Excellent Stay
Beautiful well maintained property with high end appliances, furnishings and linens. Very close to a beautiful beach as well as the bay. Hosts were kind and responsive. The pictures don't do the property justice. Happily surprised that it was much larger and nicer than expected and completely outfitted with everything you could possibly need.

Top Notch Experience!
An amazing property for those looking to visit Captiva Island! Our family of 6 enjoyed having plenty of comfortable beds and large bathrooms while still being close to the beach...and having so many dining options nearby. The owners are very gracious hosts with quick responses to any needs or questions. If you are looking to spend a week at a spacious home with all (and we do mean all!) the amenities look no further!
