Relax among peaceful, natural beauty and enjoy the shared pool. The cottages are ground-level for easy access, and the shops, restaurants, and activities of the Captiva Village are about one minute’s walk.

These cottages are undoubtedly the best value on Captiva Island, offering an outstanding waterfront location and clean, comfortable interiors at a bargain price. They are perfect for extended-stay couples, naturalists, and larger families and groups (rent several cottages).

Smart TVs ( 50 inches or larger) are located in both the living room and bedroom of the cottage!

Captiva Cottages provides beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella for your day at the beach!

Parking is limited to one car. The dock is now available for use! Please call for rates.

Minimum Stay-Nightly Rental
All reservations/cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions (policies) of the American Realty Rental Agreement once the reservation is booked thru 3rd party platforms.

Policies include, but are not limited, to a 4% credit card / debit card convenience fee
and  $255.00 cancellation fee (plus applicable tax).
You may cancel your reservation up to 120 days before arrival and your payments
(excluding the reservation fee and applicable tax) will be refunded. After this date,
no cancellations are allowed and no refunds will be made.

Quiet getaway in captiva
We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It was absolutely perfect for my daughter and I for a week. The screened in porch was wonderful to sit and have breakfast and lunch on. The property was quiet and had a fully equipped kitchen to Cook small meals for us. Washer and dryer were convenient to keep up with our laundry and towels. The pool was heavenly with a view of the sound and very clean. Beach was a short walk as well were all the main restaurants on Captiva. Perfect getaway spot and we will be renting again.

The cottage was perfect, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed during our stay on Captiva. The description didn’t mention an oven/stovetop and Kureg, so I didn’t shop for that abs may have if I’d known. Perfect location, so close to everything but tucked away down a gravel road. Sunrise across the bay was amazing!!

Great place for an entire family to stay and hang out together. We will do that next time, because our family is 3 separate families with children, and we could house all of us at the property, and use the pool and grill.

Beautiful property, nice unit to stay in but the ghost ants 🐜 where out of control! I couldn’t even set my drink down, absolutely nothing could be out on the counter or table. I kept everything for the kitchen in the refrigerator. Even the bedroom & bathroom had these pesky ghost ants.

The property was great for our needs. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was very comfortable as was the furniture in the living room. Having access to beach chairs and a beach umbrella was great as well as the large lanai with table and chairs. We did have some palmettos in the unit when we returned one evening.

Nice Suprise
We have stayed on Captiva at the resort several times. This is our first time renting direct. The Cottages are on the bay side but an easy walk to the village (less than a block to the beach store) and to the public beach (about 7 minute walk). We loved the Adirondack chairs on the bay. Clean, comfortable little treasure. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Captiva Cottage #4 and enjoyed it. It was very clean and will stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. It was a great location, close to shops, restaurants and the beach. We also took advantage of the pool. The only thing we didn't like is that it was not very well sound proof. We could hear the person in the adjoining unit as of they were standing in our bedroom.

Wonderful cottage and property. The cottage was very comfortable, clean and spacious- very well-equipped kitchen as well. We didn’t spend much time in the cottage, actually, even when we were ‘home’, because the pool and grounds were so nice. Incredibly quiet, very nice people (clearly a place where people return year after year), short 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Property managers were flexible and responsive. Great experience all around!
