Relax among peaceful, natural beauty and enjoy the shared pool. The cottages are ground-level for easy access, and the shops, restaurants, and activities of the Captiva Village are about one minute’s walk.

These cottages are undoubtedly the best value on Captiva Island, offering an outstanding waterfront location and clean, comfortable interiors at a bargain price. They are perfect for extended-stay couples, naturalists, and larger families and groups (rent several cottages).

Smart TVs ( 50 inches or larger) are located in both the living room and bedroom of the cottage!

Captiva Cottages provides beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella for your day at the beach!

Parking is limited to one car. The dock is now available for use! Please call for rates.

Minimum Stay-Nightly Rental
All reservations/cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions (policies) of the American Realty Rental Agreement once the reservation is booked thru 3rd party platforms.

Policies include, but are not limited, to a 4% credit card / debit card convenience fee
and  $255.00 cancellation fee (plus applicable tax).
You may cancel your reservation up to 120 days before arrival and your payments
(excluding the reservation fee and applicable tax) will be refunded. After this date,
no cancellations are allowed and no refunds will be made.

A great little place, convenient to everything. There is a a dock but it was damaged and not available to walk on or fish from. I hope repairs will be completed for our next visit.

The property is on the bay with a private pool and a nice short block to the gulf to swim. The best of both worlds! Can walk to the little village of Captiva with Markets, restaurants and sunsets. We biked both islands which 95% was on a nice bike trail off the streets. Very relaxing and comfortable but most of all well kept and clean. The screened in porch is a nice are to relax after a hard day of play!
