"The pictures don't give the whole story, but the bottom line is: We would stay here again. First surprise upon arrival was the 36 stairs that we had to ascend with all our luggage. Second surprise was the odor inside the house. It was most likely from a combination of things. An adjacent room in the same building is used to ferment grapes for wine, the kitchen surfaces had not been cleaned well, and cobwebs were in many places. "Great apartment, has all the amenities and very spacious and updated. Very comfortable and enjoyed the neighbors, and fairly easy access to the old city. Only caveat - be prepared that the apartment is on top floor and involves lots of steps. If you’re in decent shape, none of this is a problem. "

"Overall nice apartment in nice location at decent price. However there were some problems that other renters should be aware of. On the website there is no mention of a €30 fee if you check in after 6pm. It also states there is parking, but this is not on premise and you need to find somewhere on the very busy nearby streets. We had to park 400 metres away. The apartment is poorly equipped with old stained towels, no tea towels, no wine glasses, only 2 coffee mugs and some cheap/missing kitchen...

Nell'inserzione non è specificato che ci sono tanti scalini da fare, e che il percorso per raggiungere l'abitazione è in piena strada sterrata, l'ideale sarebbe stato avere una jeep, e non un utilitaria. Forse sarebbe il caso, di dettagliare meglio l'annuncio, onde evitare di incorrere in queste situazioni.
