"Hard to check in, property manager didn’t supply check in details ,had to chase them up for 3 hours after check in time, property is ground floor with no privacy ,balcony and only window for living area is at main door for unit complex .Noisey with people walking past bedroom windows that look over the entry hall ,all times of night.The unit was well equipped in the kitchen. There was no soap for showers. Unit was clean and centrally located to town. Thats why I give it an average review"

"Louella and Tony have created a relaxing, peaceful retreat at the top of the hill just south of Yeppoon central. It was clean, quiet, and we enjoyed the views from the back deck and the afternoon breezes as they came in. We have stayed in many hosted accommodations and this is one of the best. Despite being downstairs, we didn’t hear foot traffic upstairs. The neighbourhood is quiet too, just what we were after. And the most amazing lagoon is now part of the Yeppoon foreshore and my partner...

"The unit is clean, the views match what is promised, and the unit is well situated in the heart of Yeppoon, an easy walk to the beach and the shops. The only minor downside is that people with mobility issues might find accessing the beach/shops on foot more of a challenge, but would be able to access the flat itself from the car park without any issues."

"This unit is decent but not stunning. It was quite unclean when we arrived, you can't park outside the unit, as it would block others and our ute didn't fit in carport. The pictures indicate the beach is right out back, which it's not and can't be seen or appreciated unless you take the 5min walk and it is lovely. If you have any mobility issues, you won't be able to get into the spa/bath/shower as it's so high and there's no step. The bedroom AC cycled on and off all night every minute which...

"Nice place. Make sure if you are arriving after hours to get the lock box code in advance. Called the after hours number but no one answered and we were left outside until we found other help. The room and location was lovely. Easy to catch the ferry to Great Keppel island. "
