In the heart of Capri, in Via Tragara, super panoramic villa, 2 steps from the famous terrace of the Faraglioni, easily accessible. The villa has 3 floors. Floor 1 with 3 bedrooms and access to a level terrace. Central floor consists of two large living rooms, level balcony and 3 bedrooms. All rooms in the villa have an en-suite bathroom. On the lower floor there is a kitchen, dining room and a beautiful furnished panoramic terrace. AC in all rooms and in the living room. Private swimming pool, absolute tranquility

Amazing Place!
This place can best be described as shabby chic with loads of charm. The view is spectacular! Everyone was very comfortable and we greatly enjoyed not only the views but the location. It’s a beautiful walk into town. And Michele was wonderful. He was quick to respond to our many inquiries and everyone enjoyed meeting him. We would love to stay there again!!

The views were the best part of this villa, the building was old and tired but the worst part was a non stop tram on the neighbouring property that operated 24/7 which was noisy and vibrated against our building.

The home was well appointed for the 8 of us. Having bedrooms with en suites made everyone’s accommodations easier. Charming setting, close to the restaurants and shops, and the property manager was very attentive.

Spectacular!
Fantastic accommodations. I’ll never stay at a hotel in Capri again. We had 3 families with 6 adults and 7 children and had MORE than enough space. Individual bathrooms in every bedroom. Generous outdoor space overlooking the water and a very short walk to Capri Town center. The house is obviously older as most everything in Capri is but EVERYTHING was in working order and the one small problem we had with one of the toilets was fixed within an hour of the text message. Which brings me to Michele who is ABSOLUTELY amazing! Incredibly responsive and completely plugged in everywhere you need him to be in Capri. He makes your trip MUCH easier! 5 stars and I highly recommend!
