The villa has a breathtaking panorama, and the location is strategic, only a few minutes away from the crystal-clear beaches of Marina Piccola and just 10 minutes from the famous Piazzetta of Capri.The Villa boasts a breathtaking view of the iconic Faraglioni of Capri and the Marina Piccola bay. Its proximity to the sea ensures a more relaxing vacation experience. Inside, the house features 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 with a single bed) and 3 bathrooms (2 of which are very spacious). There's a generously sized living room with a sofa, TV, and dining table, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, the house offers a large terrace with two outdoor dining tables, an Hydromassage pool, sun loungers, and outdoor sofas. Additionally, there's an outdoor shower and a small garden with lemon trees. The entrance to the villa is on the main road leading to the beaches of Marina Piccola (Via Marina Piccola 41).. beautiful home
Just returned form a Italy vacation and our two night stay in Capri was very nice. the home was as advertised, spacious, and beautiful views. we loved the location, somewhat away from the hustle and bustle, and we were able to walk to beach and nearest town square from home. We hired the properties assistant, Roberta to arrange transfer, dinner reservations, and site seeing. her service was very helpful, and was always available for anything we needed. Her restaurant recommendations were amazing. The only problem we encountered was getting to some of the bookings. Arranged taxis were very expensive. we found tremendous savings by walking to the square and grabbing a taxi from there. Thank you Luca and Roberta
