I do not think this establishment should be listed on this website. There is no staff at this establishment, because it is not a guest house, it is an apartment building. You must email the owner, Claudia, the time of your arrival so she can meet you in Capri. She NEVER showed up to meet us. I had to activate my phone, charging God knows how much, to call/text her before she finally came. After gracing us with her presence, she wasn't friendly in the slightest. Do not expect any recommendations of things to eat/do. The bed only had one very thin sheet with holes in it. The apartment buildings wifi doesn't reach in the room that she rents, so you will have no internet access. One night, the alarms were going off for an hour at midnight. She wasn’t there to resolve the issue, didn't answer calls/texts and never checked in the day after to ensure that the situation was resolved. We were finally forced to flip the switch in the control panel to halt the alarm. And finally, but worst of all, she did not let the woman who assists her know that we had paid beforehand. So, when it was time to check out (and we had a boat to catch) they attempted to charge us another 300 euros! When we argued that we had already paid, we were forced to wait while the woman called Claudia over and over (with no response), and then searched for the receipt. So lucky we checked out early, this delay could have caused us to miss our boat. Staying here is like renting an apartment from a teenager.
