Gorgeous villa on the Faraglioni 3 rooms 6 places + extra suite 2 places

Villa Capri can accommodate up to 8 people, in 3 rooms including 2 double rooms and a quad room consisting of one double bed and two singles. The possible use of an additional independent double suite is available at an additional cost of 300 euros per day (see regulations). The Villa enjoys one of the most exciting views in the world. In fact, it overlooks the bay of Marina Piccola in front of the famous Faraglioni rocks. It is a villa in typical Mediterranean style, sober and elegant, surrounded by a large lush garden with tall trees (pomegranate olive trees, lemons, cypresses ...) and several species of flowering plants and Mediterranean scrub. Its location is enviable both for those who want to enjoy the comings and goings of the famous Piazzetta, which is a 10-minute walk away, and for those who prefer the sea, which is only a 10-minute walk away along the charming Via Mulo path.
The exterior consists of several terraces at various levels. Each of these is well lit and furnished with comfortable sofas, chairs, tables, umbrellas and sun loungers, so they can be taken advantage of with friends both during the day and on hot summer evenings in the Capri moonlight.

The villa consists of 3 units:

1. The first unit consists, on the ground floor, of a large double living room that has access to a panoramic terrace, equipped with a large dining table and a sitting area; a kitchen (with dishwasher and oven) that has access to a covered barbecue area and cellar and laundry space.
The second floor has two large bedrooms (one double and one quadruple) each with its own dedicated bathroom with shower and bathtub. From the rooms there is access to a balcony with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and a solarium with unheated outdoor Hot tub for 4 people and sun loungers.
2. The second unit is connected to the first through the lower garden terrace: it has a double room and a self-contained bathroom.
3. The third unit consists of an annex with a double bed, a self-contained bathroom, and a large terrace with lawn overlooking the sea.
Please note that this annex is available only at an additional cost of 300 euros per day

The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi.

Absolutely Exceptional ❤️
This was our second stay at Il Pioppo, the first was five years ago in pre-pandemic 2019, and it was SO wonderful to come back “home”. This villa is spectacular in all ways … stunning grounds, clean well-appointed house, best location, and amazingly supportive and responsive owner and hostess! We only stayed a week, but left with a lifetime of memories ❤️ Ciao till we meet again …

Gorgeous villa, perfect location
Stunning villa surrounded by beautiful gardens with amazing views. Villa is located within easy walking distance to town, 10 min walk to beach in a very quiet neighborhood. Only 15 steps from street which is a huge plus carrying suitcases, we did not need a porter service. Owner went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, organized boat trip, found reservations for party of 6 in restaurants that we could not get into directly, organized taxi, etc. Exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful Experience
Stayed for a week with a group that included artists who were able to paint the absolutely gorgeous gardens and views from the villa. Tiziana was a wonderful help introducing us to the property, helping with any questions and issues we had, and arranging for a chef's dinner that was truly an incredible experience. It was such a pleasure also to meet Federico and enjoy staying in such a gorgeous place. We loved the location where we could walk to town, a grocery store and (for those of us who didn't mind all the steps) to Marina Piccolo. A truly magical time on this beautiful island.

Idyllic Capri Villa
I can’t say enough positive things about this beautiful villa. The host from start to finish was wonderful and helped us make taxi bookings and dinner reservations and provided recommendations for what to do and where to eat. The house is comfortable and clean. The grounds are magnificent and beautifully manicured. The view of marina piccola is spectacular. The villa’s proximity to the main piazza in Capri is also highly appealing, taking only 10-15 minutes to reach the main piazza. Overall, I highly recommend

Wedding Party
We stayed for a week with our family celebrating our daughters wedding. The property is beautiful and the outdoor space is really wonderful with a spectacular view. It’s a short walk to town and a supermarket is nearby. Federico and Tiziana are super helpful with any issues and also helped with taxi and reservations. Overall perfect for a family stay in Capri.

Lovely Stay!
Federico was very responsive and even helped provide restaurant reservations ahead of the stay. His house manager, Tiziana, was so sweet and helpful. They also provided contact info for a local taxi service and restaurant booking service. Both have made the trip more frictionless. The villa has a wonderful view and the location is very convenient! Will definitely stay there again!

Perfect Capri Setting
With out hesitation I can recommend Il Piccola. Federico not only communicated well in coordinating our arrival but helped throughout our stay with plans. The home was well equipped for many meals enjoyed on the beautiful porch overlooking the sea. Bedrooms each with its own bath and very comfortable. Will definitely be returning for a future visit.

My family and I stayed in Villa Capri for two weeks in September 2019. We anticipated greatness—after reading prior reviews and seeing the photos—AND wow!, the reality of being there surpassed our expectations. Beautiful villa, exceptional views, and just the right distance between the town hub and the beach. Fede and Alessandra were accessible and always helpful. Fantastic house & location!
We just loved our stay in this villa. The views are simply incredible. The gardens and terraces are also lush and gorgeous. As interior designers, we are a bit picky about interiors and this villa does not disappoint. The design detail and furnishings are quintessentially Capri. All of the bedrooms are comfortable and air conditioned. We also found the location perfect - it’s walkable to town, a great grocery store and Marina Piccola. The owners of the villa are incredible and have strong connections on the island. They were able to connect us with people to assist with transportation and booking restaurants and activities. We hope to return again next year!

Fantastic Hosts! Fantastic Villa!
My family of 8 and I had an amazing time staying at this villa during our trip to Capri this past May. The villa is spectacular!! Amazing views overlooking Marina Piccola, the Faraglioni rocks, and the stunning landscape of Capri. The villa is very clean and well maintained, had individual rooms and bathrooms for all 4 couples, wi-fi and laundry, well-supplied kitchen, great outdoor spaces including the jacuzzi deck at the top with an awesome view of the marina, and the gardens are beautiful! Our hosts were so kind and helpful - coordinating transfers to and from our ferry in Marina Grande, offering recommendations for restaurants and things to do in Capri and Anacapri, and helping us find local shops for groceries and wine. The villa is a 5 minute walk to the center of Capri and a 5 minute walk to Marina Piccola. Great location! Great hosts! Great villa! Highly recommend!

Wish we could live in Capri!
The views of the Marina Piccola, and the Faraglioni are stunning, the the architecture of the villa is enchanting, the gardens are lush and fragrant, the jacuzzi deck is relaxing, the furnishings, inviting, the people we met, warm and vibrant....why did we leave??? My family loved our stay at we had the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. We walked everywhere and rewarded ourselves with gelato, cappuccino, wine, and pasta. Federico and Tiziana were so helpful with any questions/ taxi service/ restaurant recommendations, we felt very pampered! During our stay, I accidentally damaged a window sash pull and they organized for it to be fixed the same day by their kind housekeeper/gardener, Lalit. Thanks again! We hope to return again to stay in your beautiful villa.

A view from Paradise
Elegant, spacious and so very welcoming! We usually stay at Capri Palace. This year we opted to try this magical villa and we were pleasantly surprised with the level of luxury. Federico the owner was very helpful prior to our arrival. Tiziana, the property manager was amazing!! Very helpful and so friendly.! We hired a private chef who also had a room to stay, and our meals were outstanding! I had guest coming for dinner and my table setting was just, beautiful. The air conditioner was deliciously cold, beds and pillows were very comfortable. Bathrooms were large and luxurious. The gardens flowers and lemon trees were fragrant. I was impressed on how every square inch in the property had purpose. Love the lay out of the rooms. 3 stories with privacy in each room... We are Definitely coming back next year for longer as it was hard to leave such an amazing villa.

An Idyllic Retreat with Exceptional Hospitality
Our stay at this stunning villa on the island of Capri was exceptional. The property itself offers a captivating blend of elegance, comfort, and location. Perched in an idyllic setting, the villa offers breathtaking ocean views from nearly every room and outdoor space, creating a backdrop of unparalleled beauty. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the hostess, Tiziana, who exuded genuine warmth and was exceptionally attentive to our needs. Her personalized tour of the property gave us an intimate understanding of the villa's unique charm. Moreover, Tiziana went above and beyond by organizing a chef-prepared dinner that she also helped to set up and clean up afterward. The dinner itself was a culinary triumph and added an unforgettable touch to our stay. We highly recommend a meal prepared by Chef Enzo! The villa's location is another feather in its cap. Situated within walking distance of a grocery market, various restaurants, and shopping venues, it allows for a perfect blend of seclusion and convenience. Whether we wanted to cook a homemade meal with local ingredients or dine out at a nearby restaurant, all our desires were easily fulfilled. As for planning and logistics, the owner was impeccable in ensuring all arrangements were in place prior to our arrival. From transportation to assistance in arranging tours and restaurant reservations, every detail was meticulously handled.

Wonderful Stay
From the time we arrived in Italy, the owner reached out to make sure our travel arrangements hadn't changed. The owner kept in touch while we took the ferry to the island and had a taxi waiting for us. When we reached the villa, everything was stunning. The view was without question one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. After walking us around the home, the owner had a small snack and a bottle of wine waiting for us on the outside lanai. I very seldom get a chance to make points with my mother and father in law, but bringing them here to this home was a game changer, they loved it. The beds were soft and comfy, the house and property was well taken care of and the kitchen was stocked with appliances and cookware so my Italian family could cook (if they wanted to..) The shopping was just a short walk back into town which took nearly no time to get to. As for check out, the owner sent out his associate to go over everything. She walked us through and everything went just the way you could hope it to go. To top it off Fede had another Taxi waiting for us to take us back down to the ferry dock. Thanks for everything, this stay rates at one of the best stays ever.

Luxurious Villa with spectacular view!
We had an amazing stay in the Villa, and the photos don't do justice to its actual beauty. We felt like we had our own exclusive accommodation with luxurious amenities. The accommodation comfortably housed our family of 10 and offered ample space for everyone, including two couples who had their own separate suites with private entrances. The property and outdoor landscaping are stunning. There are three levels, each with outdoor seating areas. The view is stunning, offering a sight of the two renowned mountains in Capri: Monte Solaro. The Villa also provided us with Gianmarco, who served as our contact and offered exceptional assistance, similar to that of a concierge. He was able to secure restaurant and beach club reservations for us, which were difficult to obtain. He is also able to book boats, tours, and other related activities. Upon our arrival, he made arrangements for porters to meet us at the pier and organized taxis for our transportation to the villa. Whenever I needed a cab, I would send him a text and he would quickly send one. Tizaian was available to assist with any additional needs, such as extra towels or bedding. All the necessary details were considered prior to our arrival. We felt safe and well taken care of in a foreign country with friends who were able to assist us with any needs we had. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone who appreciates luxury accommodations and exceptional service provided by a professional and attentive staff.

Perfect place to entertain and relax!!
We spent an amazing 23 nights at this Villa. The host, Federico, could have not been more accommodating as we had multiple family members and friends visiting. The Villa and the outdoor spaces were better than pictured. Our concierge Gianmarco was our go to guy for anything we needed (including restaurant reservations that were otherwise unavailable). Tiziana was most helpful and makes a fine assistant for our favorite chef, Enzo, who constantly surprised us with delicious appetizers and multiple courses. Overall an amazing experience. Highly recommend!

A Beautiful Dream
My family and I had the most amazing time at the Gorgeous villa on the Faraglioni. This villa is situated in one of the most beautiful areas on the island. Each morning, we were blessed as soon as we looked out of our window or walked out on the balcony or terrace to take in the most beautiful and amazing views. The views here are amazing day and night. We were able to walk down to the supermarket and main square in a matter of minutes. Tiziana, the property manager, was simply amazing. She was very accommodating and did her very best to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. Gianmarco took care of all of our dinner, beach club and boat rental reservations. He was always very responsive and provided excellent options. In addition to an amazing meal prepared by the chef, the kitchen in this villa also offers the ability to cook a wonderful meal for your family, should you choose to. We are very grateful that we had the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home. It is truly a “gem” on Capri! My very best, Andrea C.

Excellent property. Luxury level. Feels like a new structure. Beautiful interior. Magnificent view, though cut like a scar at the lower levels by a power line that is somewhat blurred in the online image. Beautiful gardens, quiet. The manager was helpful. The only weird part was having a fully equipped jacuzzi onsite, very inviting but cold. The updated website says, now, that it is an unheated hot tub. That’s a bit oxymoronic. Just call it a cooling tub with bubbles. All in all, a great place to stay up and away from the mayhem at Marina Grande. The location is excellent, above Marina Piccolo, walking distance to Capri town.

Excellent Villa and Owner
The Villa has the most beautiful view and is about a ten minute walk to Capri town. It’s very quiet and has great air conditioning. It has everything you need. The owner was super helpful with my trip planning. He gave me information for transportation, boat tours, restaurants, taxis… He answered quickly and all his recommendations were great and spot on. I would highly recommend this Villa.
