Our host Eveline was lovely and on the first night gave us lots of information about the island, she also helped to organise boat hire for us. Fruit and vegetables that they were growing were freely available and the many dogs and other animals on site provided other produce and great entertainment. Car hire is a must here as the property is a fair way from any amenities. We were there in August and the villa was cooler than outside but...

"De accommodatie heeft al onze verwachtingen overtroffen. Davide heette ons vriendelijk en hartelijk welkom. Het huis is zeer schoon en uitermate goed uitgerust, heeft een geweldig mooi uitzicht en diverse mooie terrassen. Het zwembad is helemaal geweldig. de woning is rustig gelegen met veel privacy maar alle bezienswaardigheden zijn goed te bereiken."

"Wir haben uns im Le Bijou sehr wohl gefühlt. Etwas schwierig war es, das Haus nachts zu finden. Und das Schloss an der Eingangstüre ist sehr schwer zu handeln... Hier sollte vielleicht noch eine Beschreibung gegeben werden. Ansonsten ein super gepflegtes Häuschen. Vielen Dank! Herzliche Grüße"

"Ho alloggiato in questa casa per 8 notti. È molto bella e spaziosa e munita di tutto il necessario per poter alloggiare in tranquillità, senza bisogno di acquistare oggetti di prima necessità. La posizione è ottima e strategica per chi ha l’auto e desidera raggiungere spiagge e vita notturna. L’unico difetto su cui io e le mie 3 amiche vogliamo soffermarci è la signora delle pulizie: è entrata in casa 2 volte senza preavviso e senza il nostro permesso (tra l’altro, con suo figlio piccolo)....

"We had 3 wonderful nights at Patrizia’s nice home. The house is comfortable, exceptionally clean, in a quiet safe location and has all the necessities needed. There are nearby beaches, a convenient market and an excellent bakery minutes away. The location is also a good base for day trips to other amazing places in Northeast Sardinia. Patrizia is a consummate host, whose warm welcome, suggestions and availability made it an extra special stay. We hope to return."

"La villetta confina tramite due camere con un'altra proprietà, ma la privacy é garantita. Ha un portico che permette di mangiare all'aperto con una splendida vista sul mare. Gli spazi nelle camere e bagno sono un po' strettini. La doccia esterna é perfetta. La zona é ottima per raggiungere in auto le spiagge della zona."

"This four-bedroom home is beautiful, comfortable and well-located, on the outskirts of Bonifacio but within easy walking distance of the city. The backyard view was lovely, and the pool was refreshing after a hot day. The kitchen was amply outfitted with everything we needed. Cedric is a marvelous host, happy to answer questions and very responsive about promptly addressing any mechanical issue that might arise. (He was also patient with my broken French.) "Our villa reservation got upgraded, so we got a bigger place which also looked newly renovated. It was very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was nice too, but we found a better breakfast at another hotel for 1Euro less. The staff was very friendly. All in all, it was a great place to stay."
