Underbart boende och värd
Utmärkt boende och värd! Jag rekommenderar till alla. Värden (Dominico och Laura) väntade på oss och förberedde frukt, vatten och juice till barnen. De var alltid tillgängliga om vi behövde något. Minman fick ont i örat och Dominico bokade ett läkarbesök till oss samma dag och vi betalade ingenting eftersom läkaren är hans vän. Första dagar fick vi deras kännd dricka (Mirzo) och när vi åkte hem gav de oss kakor från Sardinien! Köket är fullt utrustat! Rymliga rum, rena sängkläder förbereda och packade för behov, handdukar för dusch och handdukar för stranden! Utmärkt pris på boende och ett bra läge för att besöka stränderna i den södra delen av Sardinien. Vi kommer besöka de igen :-)

Super séjour chez Domenico
Hôte très aimable et ayant le cœur sur la main. Domenico nous a proposé son aide à maintes reprises pour que l'on passe le meilleur des séjours. Domenico nous a offert un gâteau, des fruits, emmener en course par exemple. L'appart est sympathique et desservi par des bus où nous n'avons pas eu de problème. Merci beaucoup Domenico.

De woning was perfect qua comfort, ruim en voldoende privacy. De locatie op het eiland was prima om erop uit te trekken met de auto. De auto konden we bij het huis goed parkeren.

Nous avons passé une tres bonne semaine dans l'appartement de Domenico. Il nous a accueilli très chaleureusement avec de petites attention. Grand appartement avec une belle terrasse,conforme a la description et aux photos, dans un environnement calme. Domenico est un hôte très gentil et disponible, tout en préservant l'intimité des locataires.

Un soggiorno meraviglioso!il Signor Domenico è fantastico ci ha accolti col sorriso,vino e mirto!!casa stupenda su due piani e con aria condizionata in entrambe le camere il che ha reso le nostre notti tranquille e fresche! Hier kann man sich sehr wohlfühlen
Wir, eine Familie mit drei Kindern, haben die letzten beiden Wochen bei Signore Domenico in dessen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz für 5 Personen, es ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet - eine Spülmaschine hätte manches erleichtert, stellt aber keine wirkliche Einschränkung dar, da man das ja vorher weiß. Auf dem Balkon kann man gemütlich sitzen und essen, eine kleine Sitzgelegenheit im Garten unter einem ZItronenbaum ist ebenso gemütlich und idyllisch. Die Ferienwohnung liegt mitten in einem italienischen Wohnviertel, manches Hundegebell muss man einfach überhören. Die Lage insgesamt ist unter strategischen Aspekten gut - man ist in knapp 20 Minuten in Cagliari und in eben derselben Zeit in Pula, das vor allem abends immer einen Aufenthalt wert ist. In Pula gibt es recht schöne Strände, eine Viertelstunde weiter südlich die Strände von Chia, die noch eine richtige Steigerung darstellne und keine Wünsche offen lassen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundschaft und Menschenfreundlichkeit von Signore Domenico, der mit seiner Frau in demselben Haus wohnt. Jeder kleine Wunsch wurde sofort erfüllt, unzählige Tipps für Pizzerien und tolle Strände haben uns sehr geholfen und immer das gehalten, was versprochen wurde. Besonders gemundet hat uns der Hauswein, sowohl der Rot- als auch der Weißwein. Insegamt haben wir uns bei Signore Domenico sehr wohl gefühlt, man merkte ihm zu jeder Zeit an, dass er sehr gerne Familien beherbergt. Wenn es uns noch einmal nach Südsardinien verschlägt, werden wir wieder hier anfragen.

Vacanza Sardegna
Siamo stati in questo alloggio dal 07/8/17 al 21/8/17. Che dire del proprietario, persona splendida, con la collaborazione della moglie ci hanno fatto sentire a proprio agio fin dal momento che ci hanno accolti. Ci hanno offerto prodotti tipici della loro terra , prodotti da loro, squisittissimi...L'alloggio è super accogliente con tutte le comodità per una vacanza di questo tipo, proprio come evidenziato nella descrizione...Dista a pochi Km da supermercati "I Gabbiani" e "Crai" e si possono raggiungere le spiagge fantastiche a Ovest di Pula, Chia, Porto Pino ecc... e a Est di Solanas, Villasimius , Costa Rei...ecc, in massimo un'ora e venti minuti. Il mare è veramente stupendo!! Per quanto ci riguarda vacanza da ripetere

Beautiful apartment, kind owners !
We rented the apartment for two weeks in august. We were five persons and the apartment was big enough to give everybody privacy. Everything was clean and comfortable. The position of the apartment was very good, 25 km to Cagliari (airport) and 30 km to Chia, a very beautiful beach. We didn´t have a car, but this was no problem, everything was reachable with the bus very easy and cheap. The best thing of the apartment were the owners. Domenico and his family are very kind. They picked us up to the apartment, drove us to the beach, to Cagliari and to the airport again when we left Sardinia ( 4 o´clock in the mornig!). Thank you very much for the nice time. Meravigliosa vacanza in Sardegna!!!
Salve a tutti! Siamo stati in vacanza in Sardegna dal 23 luglio al 30 luglio 2016 ed abbiamo soggiornato presso la casa vacanze del signor Domenico. Che dire, la casa aveva davvero ogni comfort, non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Innanzitutto il delizioso giardino dove sono presenti ben due posti macchina. Nonostante fosse luglio la notte abbiamo dormito senza soffrire il caldo grazie alla climatizzazione, i bagni hanno tutte le comodità (biancheria inclusa) e le cene nella veranda sull'ampio tavolo hanno reso la vacanza ancor più bella. Graditissima sorpresa la presenza del Wi-fi messo a disposizione dal signor Domenico. Ci siamo trovati davvero molto molto bene. Il signor Domenico è simpaticissimo e disponibilissimo e ci ha fatti sentire sin da subito come se fossimo a casa nostra. Il mirto e l'olio d'oliva di sua produzione che ci ha gentilmente offerto erano veramente fantastici! Inoltre la casa è in una posizione ottimale: è situata in una zona molto tranquilla vicino a diversi supermercati (consigliamo "I Gabbiani") dove è possibile acquistare qualsiasi cosa di cui si abbia bisogno, oltre che alcune pizzerie e gelaterie, e si trova a soli 40 minuti di macchina dalle splendide spiagge di Chia, Domus de Maria, Tuerredda e Porto Pino (fantastiche). Con più tempo a disposizione si arriva comodamente anche alle spiagge sud-orientali della Sardegna come Mari Pintau, Torre delle Stelle e Villasimius. In definitiva, consiglio a chiunque voglia fare una vacanza nel sud della Sardegna di soggiornare presso la casa vacanze del signor Domenico, non solo per la qualità della casa che dispone davvero di ogni comodità, ma soprattutto per la gentilezza e la cordialità del signor Domenico, che non ci ha fatto mancare nulla e che ringraziamo ancora tantissimo! Trovarne di persone così! Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo, e speriamo di tornarci!

Esperienza fantastica
Bellissimo appartamento dotato di ogni comfort, ampio e ben curato, ottima soluzione per due famiglie. Proprietari gentilissimi, cordiali e discreti che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza a Capoterra, in una zona strategica per poter visitare le bellezze del sud della Sardegna. La vicinissima Cagliari, Villasimius, la zona di Pula e Chia, con puntate nel Sinis in provoncia di Oristano. Abbiamo goduto dell'ospitalità e simpatia dei padroni di casa, che, con discrezione , ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa nostra, come se fossimo stati amici da tempo. Maravillosas Vacaciones/ Bellisime Ferie Capoterra
Domenico y Laura cuentan con una casa espaciosa, muy cómoda, y muy bien equipada. Estancias amplias, limpias, y sobre todo confortables. Sus jardines y frutales embellecen aún más el lugar. Su ubicación nos permitio desplazarnos hacía todas las playas del sur de la ilsa. Es de muy fácil acceso y una zona muy tranquila. Los propietarios nos han recibido con mucha calidez y están siempre atentos a las necesidades de los huéspedes. Son unas personas maravillosas. Si debieramos calificar nuestra estadía sería 10 puntos. No dudamos en volver a repetir. Gracias Domenico y Laura!!

Splendido soggiorno
Ubicato a pochi km da Cagliari, zona non balneare, ma comodo per spostarsi ad est ed ovest della Sardegna e a pochi km da Pula e dalle stupende spiagge di Chia, l'appartamento è sicuramente molto curato e confortevole. Casa bella, comoda e pulita ...
Abbiamo trascorso uno splendido soggiorno in Sardegna. Abbiamo scelto Capoterra perche' ha una posizione strategica per chi vuole visitare la costa meridionale della Sardegna. La casa e' esattamente come descritta 3 camere con letti comodi e 2 bagni, perfetta per 5 amici, dotata di tutti i confort. Molto pulita. Una veranda spaziosa per fare colazione e pranzare all'aperto ed una cucina molto ben attrezzata. Cosa dire poi dei padroni di casa, che hanno la loro abitazione al piano inferiore, Domenico e sua moglie sono due persone splendide, di grande generosita' e sempre disponibili che ci hanno fatto sentire sempre come a casa nostra. Ricordero' con piacere questa vacanza. Tra le piu' belle fatte in questi anni.

Bellissimo soggiorno

Belle location
La location est propre, spacieuse, bien agencée et située dans un quartier sans grande circulation routière. La plage située en bout de route n'est pas très belle mais il y a une plage agréable à 2km dans la direction de Cagliari, il y en a d'encore plus belles à Pula et bien sur, le must à Chia mais le parking est payant (5€) et le transat aussi. Il est vrai que les voisins ont tous des chiens mais la gêne occasionnée n'est pas constante, cela se produit rarement et c'est relativement court (quand un piéton passe dans la rue mais la rue n'est pas très passante). La région est belle et il y a beaucoup de choses à visiter à l'est comme à l'ouest dans des distances de 15 à 45 kms et ce quelque soit les goûts (Rando, plage, site historique, nature). La climatisation est un plus très appréciable en été car il fait rarement en dessous de 30° la journée. il y a une pizzeria restaurant à proximité (400m) et de très bons restaurants à Pula qui est une ville très agréable et animée le soir. Le barbecue est partagé avec le propriétaire, celui ci est sympathique et discret.

SOGGIORNO DAL 18/8 AL 25/8/2014
Siamo due coppie con figli che hanno soggiornato dal 18/8 al 25/8/2014. Dobbiamo dire che la casa è molto bella ed adatta a due famiglie in quanto permette di stare tutti insieme ma comunque ognuno con la propria privacy dovuta proprio dalla disposizione della casa stessa. La pulizia ottima e la biancheria a disposizione più che sufficiente al fabbisogno. Dotata di ogni comodità e situazionata in zona molto tranquilla. Massima è stata la disponibilità e la cordialità dei proprietari di casa. Grazie ancora a Domenico e Signora. Daniela R.

Al nostro arrivo era tutt...
Al nostro arrivo era tutto perfetto: l'appartamento era pulito, ben attrezzato e possiamo confermare che le foto viste in internet rispecchiano esattamente la realtà. Essendo disposo su due piani si presta benissimo per un soggiorno per due coppie. E' collocato in una zona residenziale molto bella, tranquilla (priva di schiamazzi e fastidiose zanzare) e punto strategico per raggiungere le migliori spiagge e la vicina città di Cagliari. Non può mancare una nota più che positiva per i proprietari Domenico, Laura e il figlio Daniele, persone estremamente gentili e disponibili che ci hanno fatto sentire, sin da subito, come a casa nostra. Ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo!

"Abbiamo soggiornato 2 settimane(agosto 2011) in una casa veramente accogliente e attrezzata a non molti km da spiagge molto belle della costa sud sarda!! Ideale per 2 famiglie,la lacation è in una zona molto tranquilla e priva di zanzare, per fortuna!Nota molto positiva va ai proprietari di casa,Domenico e Laura (compresi i figli),persone veramente squisite e disponibili per qualsiasi necessità.....che ricorderemo molto volentieri!"
