Three-room vacation house with southwest exposure, overlooking the Stecchi beach, a small and characteristic cove with crystal clear sea, from which it is only 50 meters away. The access to the property is by a private road, used only for the surrounding apartments. The apartment consists of only one floor and has a usable area of approx. 60 sq m. The center of the town of Capoliveri, which offers all the main services, is about 2 km away.
Three-room apartment composed of living room with kitchen/kitchenette and dining area, sofa bed for one person; two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower. Covered terrace, furnished with table and chairs, from which there is a wonderful sea view of the Stecchi beach. It has private parking for two cars, independent entrance after a short flight of external stairs, TV with digital terrestrial channel reception, air conditioning in the living room, mosquito nets in the rooms, BBQ and all the amenities to take to the beach: umbrella chairs and deck chairs.

Casa di vacanza stecchi
Posizione della struttura interessante purtroppo non sfruttata per il meglio. Diversi cantieri edili nelle vicinanze fanno perdere alla zona il suo valore. I contatti con host Carlotta erano cordiali e non complicati. Appartamento arredato in modo spartano, cucina andata con gli anni e a livello igenico poco accogliente. Una camera ed il bagno ok, la seconda camera lascia a desiderare. Personalmente non mi sono sentita molto a mio agio nella struttura affittata. Peccato.

Zweckmässige Ferienwohnung direkt am Meer
Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist genial. Vom Balkon sieht man direkt zum Starnd und das war mit der Familie vorteilhaft. Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig eingerichtet und in der Küche könnern einfache Mahlzeiten zubereitet werden. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist eher spartanisch, sehr einfach. Mit der Vermieterin / Beteuerin hatten wir nur WhatsApp-Kontakt. Da hätten wir uns über etwas mehr persönliche Betreuung gefreut. Ist ja immer auch schön die Leute vor Ort kennenzulernen. Sie wäre aber verfügbar gewesen falls nötig. Fazit: Ein toller Urlaub direkt am Meer, merci vielmals!

Una piacevole sorpresa, l'appartamento è in una caletta di pace.. Comodo alla spiaggia (di ghiaia e rocce), acque cristalline, il "trampolino" per i tuffi è una chicca.. Grazie Carlotta per la tua gentilezza! Speriamo di tornare

Top Lage! Wir wollten genau an diesen Strand und kannten auch die Umgebung schon. Leider werden wir das Appartement nicht mehr buchen, den Ort schon! Einer der Gründe war, dass es zwar aufgeräumt, aber definitiv nicht geputzt war. In der Küche haben wir lediglich Frühstück und Sandwiches zubereitet, weder war diese ausgestattet noch war sie appetitlich.

Traumhafter Urlaub in schönster Lage
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub auf Elba. Wir waren etwas skeptisch, da wir wohl eine der ersten Urlauber nach Grenzöffnung aufgrund Corona-Krise waren. Wir wurden aber herzlich von Giulia empfangen und haben uns sofort in dem schönen Apartment wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist wundervoll, direkt am Strand Stecci, wir waren jeden Morgen nach dem Aufstehen im Meer schwimmen. Im Apartment war alles vorhanden, was man zum Strandurlaub benötigt, also auch Sonnenschirm und Strandstühle. Die Terrasse ist so gebaut, das fast immer Schatten ist. Da wir 13 Tage nur schönes Wetter hatten, kam ums das sehr entgegen. Am Anfang hatten wir einige Probleme mit dem Toilettenabfluss. Aber Giulia hat alles super professionell gemanagt, so dass alles nachhaltig sehr gut gelöst wurde. An dieser Stelle nochmal vielen Dank an Giulia. DU hast das fantastisch gemacht. Mille Grazie! Wir können das Objekt nur empfehlen. Es ist wirklich sehr schön. Und falls es mal ein Problem gibt. Wird Giulia es lösen.
