"You will never tire of the view. Lovely location. Property has everything you need. The only issues and they are are small ones is that you dont have access to the entire property. The drive up is not for the faint hearted.The neighbours dogs and hornets were also a bit annoying. "

"We were very impressed with Villa Fontanelle - a true "villa" level experience! Facilities were even better than advertised, with air conditioning now available on both floors. Martina welcomed us and took care of our wishes in a quick and exemplary manner, fully utilizing WhatsApp for easy-to-use guidance and links. The pool was great and we had it 100% for ourselves. Not cheap, but definitely worth the money!"

"If you want a little taste of the Sicilian countryside this is the place to go. We loved sitting in the lemon orchard listening to the birds and soaking up the sun. Also the town of Santo Stefano is absolutely charming with ceramics everywhere and lovely views of the sea. Our accommodation was quite roomy and the bed was very comfortable. the brand new bathroom was spacious and nice. Vivianna and her mother are very gracious hosts and want to ensure that you are comfortable, yet they leave...

"This place is so amazing. Our flat had a sea view, balcony and was recently renovated. It had everything we needed and is ideal for longer stays. We visited in winter - the weather is nice and there is a good heating system inside. The beach is right in front of the accommodation. Domenica is super useful and will be happy to answer any questions you have. Only thing to note is that parking is quite tricky, especially with a bigger car. "This property has such a wonderful local feel. It’s not too touristy, the restaurants along the beach were excellent we visited some local nearby towns and just enjoy doing local things. The house itself is exactly as in the listing. However, the view is absolutely incredible. We enjoyed the pool and the tennis courts while we were there."

Holiday house in the middle of an olive plantation with fantastic sea view

Amazing views

"The villa was everything we could have wished for. It had a functional indoor space with everything you need and an excellent shower. The outdoor space was huge, with a big verandah and bbq area. The pool was a good size and when not exploring Palermo, Etna, the Aolean Islands or Capo D'orlando we were enjoying villa days, up to 12 hours in the pool. We picked nearby lemons to enjoy in iced water. Out of consideration we replaced anything we used, including foil, toilet roll, hand wash and pool inflatables. Antonio was helpful and answered any questions we had, he put in a big fan to help with the heat. The drive to it from the main road was tricky - take your time, but totally worth the draw-dropping views and seclusion. We took our two daughters aged 14 and 11 who loved it too. Capri Leone had everything we needed, supermarkets, post office, hardware store. Chimera pizza restaurant was delicious, large good-priced pizzas. Incredible memories, thank you. "
