- This home is pet friendly for 1 dog (30 lbs or less) for a $25/night fee. This fee will be added after the booking is confirmed and the initial booking is paid for -- Let us know if you want to bring your Dog! We are not able to host any other types of pets at this home.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire home, including a patio. One parking spot is designated for this unit on the right side of the driveway, under the OVR sign. If you have a second car, we provide a map of the permitted and available parking areas.

Plus, its proximity to Santa Cruz offers easy access to the Boardwalk and additional attractions, making Capitola a delightful coastal retreat.
Getting Around:
With your own parking space you can easily park your car upon arrival and enjoy the rest of the trip by foot!
- Whole Foods, New Leaf, and Safeway (3-6 minute drive)
- Downtown Santa Cruz and the famous Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk (15-20 minute drive North)
- The Monterey Bay Aquarium (50 minute drive South)
Other Things to Note:
- This vibrant neighborhood is located along a main road, so you can expect some traffic noise during the day and occasionally at night, adding to the energetic atmosphere of the area.
- The carport accommodates 1 car. While there is paid street parking available in the village, please note that finding a spot can be more challenging during peak times.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
