"I was very happy to have found this property. It was convenient to Capitola where I had a project to complete and also to outdoor activities I wanted to do in the Santa Cruz-Captiola-Soquel-Aptos area: hiking in Nisene Marks State Park and other parks, and walks along the Santa Cruz & Soquel cove beaches. Comfortable accommodations, responsive host, well-equipped kitchen, thoughtful amenities, excellent communication, and a relaxing atmosphere. :)"

Great accommodations and good communication with the management company. The only issue was the garage which was difficult to get into. We were informed of this issue and thus did not use the car often after getting into the garage. We have an SUV. A smaller car would not have an issue. In summary, we would rent there again it was perfect!"

"Perfect place to stay. Walking distance to everything. Great attention to detail in the unit. Nicely decorated. The shower, was amazing. Water pressure was excellent. The shower is located in the hallway so you don’t have to disturb anyone in the bedrooms. Parking for two cars was a bonus, since there is plenty of people checking out the pier which made parking limited. We can’t wait to stay there again. "
