"The room itself was goods the only problem I had was that in the website picture and description didn't match the real room. I wished for a queen bed, but instead got a 2 single bed attempt to be a queen bed. They put 2 single beds together and put a cover on top of it, result was a lot of discomfort and back pain, if it wasn't for this I would give a better rating, hotel staff were super friendly ."

"Normandy is in the heart of centro. It's convenience is good. The property is a bit dated but the attention of staff made the stay well deserved. Front Desk was exceptional. Restaurant, housekeeping and room service was excellent. In the night its location can feel a bit deserted but is generally safe. I enjoyed my stay."

We chose this hotel mainly for the gym, which turned out to be very small and not well-maintained. "I was staying at a hostel that didn’t have AC. I noticed this hotel as I was walking past it. I asked if they had rooms available and was told yes and the rates. I looked on hotels.com and found it for a bit cheaper than if I had booked in person. Room was huge and clean. Breakfast was good as well. "
