"Wonderful location. The cottage was warm and cosy and had everything we needed apart from a tin opener. Some of the baking trays were well worn. The beds were extremely comfortable. Parking was an issue and on arrival in the village a very rude woman told us there was only parking for their guests and nowhere for anyone else. "

Vanuit de cottage verschillende activiteiten mogelijk (wandelen, MTB-en, verschillende bezienswaardigheden). en de communicatie met de eigenaar verliep erg prettig."

"We had a fabulous week here in September, much helped by superb weather. Its impossible to review the cottage without mentioning the wonderful view across the river towards Cader Idris through the huge living room window. Our dog spent a lot of time gazing out of it at the sheep. The accommodation feels very spacious, you have all you need and bed was extremely comfortable. The garden is lovely on a sunny day, and Sally the host was very approachable and helpful. Also, the pizza place 300m away...

The house has everything you need to have a great week, cook large meals if needed, heating more that sufficient to battle even minus temperatures outside, modern windows that open (something we’ve found old properties often don’t have) for summer months. "Loved staying on the Railway, and a bonus is being able to catch a steam train from your doorstep! Everything we needed was in the acomodation but some things looked and felt a bit tired. Beds and sofa comfotable and it had a great shower. "

"This property is definitely value for money. It is close to lots of things to do with the family in north wales. The house is not where Google maps thinks it is so make sure you follow the instructions from the property manager. And the payment don’t go through from VRBO to the property manager but that was sorted swiftly.
