There is a central dining table and the kitchen is modern and well equipped. The kitchen has gas cooking, a large fridge, microwave and lots of platters and salad bowls perfect for alfresco dining out on the deck.
The main bedroom is off the lounge with double doors that can be left open or closed for privacy, the main bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and a new split system. There is a small attic bedroom that is the double bedroom it is accessed by a small flight of internal stairs, and the other two bedrooms lead off the living area.
The laundry is on a lower level with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is a family bathroom and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
A great feature of this home is the covered outdoor entertaining deck, there is a gas BBQ and outdoor setting. The decking area looks over the back garden area, which has its own gate to keep it fully fenced if the front gate is open. There is ample off street parking with room for a boat or other watercraft.
This really is a lovely home with everything you will need for a fun family holiday or weekend getaway and only a short 5 minute walk to beach or general store and food and surf shops.
