"The hotel staff member, by the name of Anja was rude to me at check-out when I wanted to settle my bill. I simply asked her to check if my room rate was settled or not, as I was not sure if I had paid for the room rate before arrival or not. The bill amount that she quoted was the restaurant bill from the previous night - which I knew we had charged to the room. "Superb peaceful location looking out over the lagoon. Bedrooms were charming although it was too easy to hear children in next door room - in the early hours of the morning. Breakfast and dinner were superb - excellent menus all cooked beautifully."

"It’s a good 3 star hotel with lovely staff. With an injection of cash and more staff training (plenty available but lacking attention to detail) it could become a really good 4 star. The big let down was the poor shower and dated bathroom. But it’s one of those hotels that you just want to to do better "
