Worst customer service EVER!
When we got there is was 7pm at night & someone was to meet us to give us the keys & walk through. No one showed up. We called over 10 times & stood OUTSIDE THE GATE IN THE DARK for two hours just to be told we had to Uber to the business building, find this lock box to get the key. The next day we went to the store to get groceries & when we got back, the whole place was flooded-guess from the washer/dryer combo. They did come by and fix it quickly, so that was nice. The apartment smelled of extreme mildew 90% of the time and the paint was feeling off of the bottom of the walls in the bedroom-I’m sure it was from another flood that happened before. The. One night we get home and all of the electricity was off-a neighbor came up and look at our meter box and said that “you need to pay the electric bill-that is why.” So another hour making phone calls, at midnight, before getting a hold
Of someone and they gave
Us a “coin” to put in the box to make it work. Even though it was a locked/bob wire on top I got followed into the complex and attacked by a man-very badly. The have a security person box at the gates and yet, no one was in there. If there was, my attack could have been prevented. It isn’t in the greatest
Location but it is on the beach, so if you stay here be prepared for everything we experience but be VERY alert of your surroundings at ALL TIMES. My attack was at 2:00pm. So no time is safe. I will go back to Cape Town but won’t stay here EVER AGAIN
