"Facilities and staff were wonderful, everything was clean. Food at Rusty Nail was okay. Really unhappy that we were charged for Beach umbrellas/lounges - according to website only the cabanas have a surcharge. Lots of expectations to tip staff over and above the high "resort fee" - more of a motel than a resort."

"Nice, cute, quaint location. Room was very clean and tidy. My only critique was that the hotel office was closed the day I came and I had to go to the other hotel La Mer to pick up my hotel key. I also was not given Wi-Fi information so I couldn't connect to the internet but I was only there for one night so it didn't matter too much to me. The room was very cute and beach themed. I will definitely stay here again."
