"The condo lived up to all of our expectations. Well situated near excellent bakeries and restaurants, yet on a quiet residential street. Condo was very clean and had good beds and linens. Nicely decorated. Washer /dryer a definite plus. Parking is indeed a bit tight; you just have to back in the driveway so you can get out. Thank you! "

"The location was amazing! Walking distance to the pier, and right by the beach! We enjoyed that it was far enough down from the pier that the beach was a bit less crowded but we were still able to walk downtown. The accommodations are very cute and rustic. Some things could use attention, like paint touch ups and the patio table needs replacing… however these were minor issues and we will be back! "

"The condo was in a perfect location, for a late summer long weekend. The amenities of the condo, were really nice. The size of the condo was great. Very spacious living space. The beds were a little small, and primary bath could have been a little cleaner, and bigger shower. The two decks were amazing. Kitchen had everything you needed, and was a good size. Loved the 3 sided table, and living room furniture. Very comfortable."

"Perfect location and easy overall process. Only reasons I knocked off a star - no shovel for clearing the snow to the car, listing didn’t say kcups so we bought ground coffee we couldn’t use, and the toilet runs in one of the bathrooms when the opposite bathroom shower is running. Little things considering the overall experience. "

"I have only good things to say about my stay. It was in December, so I can’t speak to the beach experience, but I had a great stay nevertheless. The hosts thought of everything- extra outlet extenders in every room, a huge TV with streaming channels, many thick towels, bathroom products, washer/dryer with detergent provided. King bedroom was very spacious with lots of sunlight. For winter guests, the living room and master bedroom have space heaters disguised as TV screens with an adjustable...

"Easy check in, great location. Very quiet property while we were there, very relaxing. Unit was clean and comfortable. For future renters, note that you bring your own linens - this was a first for us. Towel inventory is very limited but worked out for the two of us. Front door deadbolt is in need of WD-40, just FYI for owner. Thoroughly enjoyed the indoor hot tub after long days of touring. Very close to the beautiful Goose Rocks Beach and Kennebunkport. Would stay here again. Property...
