Welcome to Top Florida's "Villa Chandon" - a truly unique and inviting Chateau. Soaring ceilings, a Grande Staircase, and modern yet contemporary touches and finishes. This villa is best suited for small and large groups, and those who like to splurge with extra space. Note that each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. There are two additional "half" bathrooms, one inside and one outside serving as a pool bathroom. On the first floor you will find three bedrooms and the common areas, such as the TV lounge, the formal dining room and the well-equipped gourmet kitchen. There are two more bedrooms upstairs, and a "hidden" game room in the back of the property. Villa Chandon resides on an estate-sized corner lot offering privacy and absolutely gorgeous views over one of Cape Coral's "Eight Lakes". This Villa is high in demand, so please book it now!

Family reunion
Beautiful house, enough room for our 5 couples, 5th bedroom with single beds are small, would be better if 2 full size beds. Everything you need is there, from towels to kitchen appliances. Had some problems with internet, cell phones and TV. Property mgr. Noted they would look into it. Plan on renting again.

Carter family vacation
Wonderful property with ample room for our group 5 adults 2 teenagers and 1 five year old. Everyone liked the sleeping and bathroom configuration. The pool was in excellent condition with wonderful view over the lake. So much to do in Cape Coral. Planning to return next year unless we need a larger venue if additional family joins us.

GREAT Family vacation
We enjoyed this property. It was very clean and spacious for the 10 of us.. it was close enough to a playground park for the little one to enjoy. My son and grandsons were able to fish of the boat dock. The kitchen was well equipped. Had to go to the store to fill one of the three propane tanks that were all empty. A little inconvenient finding out when you are right at the point of grilling. We so missed having a blender, which the property manager offered to supply.

Wonderful experience.
My wife and I and two of our children and their children, 10 in all had a great time at the Villa. The pool, hot tub, and grill all were enjoyed very much. The only negative was that the air conditioning was cooler on one side of the house than the other and the patio doors did not shut and lock properly. But, definitely would recommend this house for anyone looking in the Cape Coral area.

It was everything and more of what we expected. Gorgeous home and beautiful scenery. We didnt want to leave! Management was great, professional and any questions were answered quickly and efficiently. We really enjoyed our stay and we will use them again in the future.

FANTASTIC VACATION
The pictures do not do this property justice. It's simply magnificent. They have thought of everything in this house. Dorit was incredible to deal with and responded to me immediately to answer my questions. The house was clean, the pool was warm, the instructions were clear. The game room is FANTASTIC, although not in air conditioning, we added a fan. The entire trip was wonderful and we hope to return next year. Perfect for our group of 10 which included two teens and a baby. Highly recommend.

A new beginning
After waiting 16 months for COVID to slow down our visit to Villa Chandon in Cape Coral was a great vacation. The house was fabulous and the area of 8 lakes was a great area. We will plan on returning in the future.

Fabulous Home - Just Perfect!
This gorgeous home was absolutely perfect for our group spring break trip. The home was beautifully decorated and furnished with everything you can imagine. The pool area was lovely and we had a great water view. Grocery stores and other conveniences were very close by as well. The property manager was super helpful and we would definitely rent this property again in the future.
