Family Vacation 2024
Very nice house located in a nice neighborhood on the water. Conveniently located close to shopping and eating places. Used the outdoor grill and table in the pool area for most of our cooking and dining and spent most evenings using the pool and hot tub. Bikes, kayaks, beach towels were all a plus. Would stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this place. It was perfect! Open floor plan, linens were 5 star, beds were comfortable, and the views were fabulous. We were even welcomed by the neighbor. I would definitely recommend. Rental company was easy to work with as well. We had no issues!

Cape Coral Paradise
We spent two weeks in this villa and enjoyed every day! Its location afforded us easy access to major highways as well as to local businesses, esp. restaurants. The house was clean, comfortable and welcoming. An added plus was seeing the burrowing owls a short walk down the street. Finally the heated pool, hot tub, and Tiki hut by the canal were added bonuses.

Beautiful house with great view! We spent most of our time outside at the pool or on the dock. The house was very clean and even better than the pictures show it to be. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We loved it and would definitely love to go back one day!

Have stayed at this property twice now. It is great, that is why we go back. Love the set up of the house, and that it is on the canal. We spent a lot of time on the dock. Cannot beat the view. Close to everything. Well stocked with whatever you need. Will stay again.

The house was nicely appointed and comfortable and the pool was heated - all around good stay. Manager Sue and maintenance man were very responsive and we were very impressed with their service. Half hour from fort myers beach. New lanai and new kitchen / appliances. Would recommend.

Need to pay more attention on cleaning.
Trash can outside had 100s and 100s of maggots. It was really bad. Cleaning people should be monitored. Bedsheets were filled with long hairs. It only means that it wasn’t cleaned. Home is great . Everything else was 5 stars.

Fishing get away
It was a great stay, the weather was perfect and the house had all I needed. When i had a question they texted back right away.the hot tub heated up quickly and was nice after a long day of fishing.

Beautiful home
We really didn’t have much time due to hurricane! But for the 1 night we stayed was scary due to weather but felt very safe in the house, owner very caring about your well being and gave us refund for the rest of our time booked! We thank her very much I would definitely recommend this property to stay and relax and enjoy the pool and surrounding. Looking forward to renting in the spring !

Excellent home well equipped
We really enjoyed our stay. The home was furnished with everything we needed for a Thanksgiving trip including wares to serve a full meal. We enjoyed the pool, spa and kayaks. We hope to return again!

Anniversary Vacation
We were so happy with the location, peace and beauty of this house. We stayed with friends celebrating our Anniversary and was able to enjoy all the amenities in this quiet and beautiful neighborhood. It’s sad to think there might be so much devastation from Hurricane Ian. We enjoyed Cape Coral, Fort Myer, Sanibel Island, Everglades and even took a day to Siesta Key. This house was perfect for our stay and we will never forget it! Thank you!

Beautiful House and Location
Everything was great. House was very spacious and clean. We asked about a boat ride. Owner gave us a name and we called. We did a 4 hour ride and it was awesome, went to Ft Myers, Pine Island, Cape Coral. We got married on Naples Beach and there was 6 of us staying at the house. Would go back again.

The perfect low key house for a high key vacation. We felt so safe and comfortable in this house. It was just my husband and me and it was perfect but you could easily fit in another 5 people. Clean and they provided everything you would need. Comfy beds. Book it!
