Description

This home is decorated in a charming Florida coastal style and features a classic Florida spilt layout. The master suite is on one end and the other 2 bedrooms and common bathroom are located on the opposite end.

The main living area of kitchen, dining and living room is an open concept style with sliding doors opening to the lanai and pool area.
The lanai, featuring a hot tub and heated pool, is perfect for spending your days sunbathing or relaxing under the shaded overhang with a book. Walk down to the private dock to fish or take your boat on an adventure to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and beyond! This home is only a 5 minute ride to the big water of the Calusahatchee River leading to the Gulf of Mexico. Don’t miss walking or biking in this lovely, safe neighborhood of Palace Grande (nicknamed the "Gold Coast".

The home is fully furnished with all the amenities you need for a easy vacation. Linens, towels, beach towels, Laundry soap, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, gas grill, kayaks, bikes, etc, etc, this is a home away from home--just bring your swimsuit!

While there is plenty to do right at this vacation home, once you venture out of the neighborhood, you are close to beaches, a waterpark, wildlife refuges, shopping and restaurants. The Ford Edison Estate and Historical Museum is a must. For baseball fans, the winter training camps of the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins are just 20 minutes away. The Disney parks are about 3 hours away.

Great Stay in The Cape
Had a great time! Home was very clean and we didnt have any issues. A multitude of delicious restaurants nearby was a big plus! We love this area of Cape Coral. Our only comment for other renters is that the sun sets on the opposite side of the house than the lanai, which some would prefer. We just like evening sun. Overall very happy with our stay.

Nice Residential Area
Spacious Villa in a nice area. Beach now opened and not crowded, Jaycee Park on the doorstep. Comfortable beds with plenty of linens and towels. Lots of kitchen space and equipment for cooking. Lack of glassware as pictured, thank goodness for the Dollar Shop. An upgrade to the beach chairs and provision of beach parasol and cooler would be nice as would lounger cushions as a shown in villa images. Regardless, we had a lovely time in Florida.

Perfect Getaway
A perfect getaway for my husband and me. The house was as expected from the listing with a spacious kitchen and master bedroom. The pool area was well kept and felt very private and the kayaks were a fun addition. Lots of great restaurants nearby including a cuban restaurant just a few blocks away for a morning cafe con leche. Will definitely be returning!

Relaxing family vacation
Our stay was amazing. The process to rent this property was seamless from booking, check in, our stay and checkout. The property also came with a “handbook” to provide additional information and make the stay even more comfortable. The outdoor space was perfect to relax and stay cool whether we were in the pool or on the lanai under the ceiling fan. The rental had plenty of space to spend as a family and enjoy.

Beyond expectations!
We were so pleased with this property. Easy access from Ft. Meyers airport. The outdoor lanai was where we spent most of our time. Everything was clean and all of our needs were met. It was nice having a tv outside. There was lots to do around Cape Coral. I highly recommend the Dolphin sunset cruise.

Wonderful villa
We loved staying in this villa, the area is quiet which after 2 weeks in Kissimmee was a needed. The villa is clean and well maintained, the bed was very comfortable. The pool was warm without being heated, which given the heat was very much appreciated. If we could make one observation, a full set of matching drinking glasses was the only thing that we missed, Coke glasses are a little big for a scotch...

Clean, easy, convenient!
The home was great for our family. Everything was perfectly clean. Spacious home with a lovely pool and hottub that once I REALLY looked at the directions was easy to figure out the heating system. The dock was perfect for crabbing. The kayaks were in great condition. The house manager, Jim, was quickly responsive to our questions. Easy check in and check out. We will be back! All 5 star stay across the board!

The house fit our family's needs for our stay. Beds were very comfortable, pool was nice, and location was great. The home was dated and had very basic appliances, pots, pans etc. Outside chair/lounge cushions all had rips and tears, most of the plants at the home were dead. They could have at least been removed but gave the appearance of a lack of detail one would expect renting a vacation home.

Relaxing getaway
We chose this property for our daughter’s high school graduation trip. All she wanted was a quiet, private house with a pool and hot tub, where she could just relax and de-stress. This house delivered. Sure, it could use a few updates/repairs, but it wasn’t enough to hinder our enjoyment of the property. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time on the lanai and enjoyed relaxing in the pool, on the lounge chairs, and the conversation set, watching tv. Fort Myers and Cape Coral had plenty to offer when we were looking for things to do outside of the house. Our daughter got the relaxation she was looking for, and so did we!

A very nice property was disappointed to find out about the electric allowance after we got there but we ended up being fine. House has lots of little extras in the well stocked kitchen, extra towels, bikes and kayaks that are there for your use. Beds were pretty decent. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The hot tub and pool heating situation is not very favorable in the cooler months since the electric needed to heat a pool is going to cost a lot more then $35 so we o my heated the hot tub and not the pool. Loved the outdoor sofa it is much more comfy then the couch inside.

I am not overall thrilled with this property. I strongly disagree that it is a "costal dream" as the listing says. The front door is difficult to try and open. My fiancé found a cockroach looking bug in the bathroom by the two spare rooms. When we first arrived, it was overall clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. The pool and hot tub was nice. The outside grill was absolutely disgusting. I think the biggest issue for us is that you are nickel and dimed for everything if you want to use the pool heater and electricity. My fiancé fixed her toilet in the master bedroom, which started leaking during our stay. Her fridge filter also was nasty and clogged. When we got back from our activities for the day, we noticed that it was at 50 degrees. We had eggs and fruit in the fridge.....Luckily my fiancé is very handy and cleaned the filter out. You shouldn't have to worry about these things on vacation. There is also a man across the street who parks his truck and trailer in front of the home and you can't even back out of the driveway. The only positive part was the pool and hot tub and the master bed was comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighborhood close to everything. The pool was really nice. About a 30 min drive to Sanibel. Great location house was really clean and fit us well.

Thank you for a great vacation!
My family (husband, myself, son, daughter-in-law and 2 grandsons) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was close to grocery, dining and many activities. The house was clean and well stocked with all of the basics. The caretaker was prompt in getting back to us when we needed lessons on heating the pool. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
