Enjoy the best of Cape Coral from this peaceful waterfront home with pool, just three minutes from the heart of Cape Coral's shopping and restaurant district.

We are a brand-new operation as of March 2023. We found a wonderful house to offer you. It survived Hurricane Ian with no major damage and is in pristine condition. We are excited to be hosting and we are offering great prices to attract our first guests.
The space
This is an immaculate three bedroom, two bath waterfront home with a heated pool. It is conveniently located just one mile down the street from the heart of Cape Coral retail on Del Prado Blvd, yet it is in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood.

A beautiful lanai and pool area lead down the steps to the waterfront - a wraparound dock and seawall that gives you access to the canal to enjoy our kayaks or bring your own boat.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house, garage and yard, as well as the dock. The owner keeps one vehicle in the two-car garage.
