Welcome to Tequila Sunrise located in the desirable Savona Pkwy E area of Cape Coral. Minutes away from shopping, restaurants, shops, as well as easy access to Fort Myers. The properyt features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a nice size living room with flat panel TV. There is also a separate area which has been set up as a game room with Foosball Table and high top chairs. The kitchen overlooks the pool area and swimming pool. From the formal dining room one can enjoy unobstructed views of the lanai and swimming pool. The swimming pool is electrically heated and features a spa as well as a swimming pool. Enjoy the sun on the large pool deck or have a relaxing time watching sports or a movie on the outdoor lounge.

Tequila Sunrise - Everything and more!
Absolutely a wonderful place. Very clean and well organized. Pool and hot tub are fabulous. I’m always about improvement, so the following are some suggestions. First, there are only hand towels and regular towels, no wash clothes. Maybe no big deal if you are a shower gel person, but I recommend providing some wash clothes. Secondly, there is a latch that doesn’t appear to latch to anything near the door leading to the garage. Its location near the door handle can be troublesome if your hands are full. I would remove this latch as it can also be sharp. Finally, if you arrive late Sunday the garbage needs to be taken out to the curb first thing Monday morning. This is in the instructions, but if you arrive late you may not catch this right way. Once again we highly recommend Tequila Sunrise and see ours returning in the future.
