We had a great time. The house was set up great. Plenty of towels, kitchen was well stocked, owner was available for any questions. Our family liked this house as a home base. We did alot of exploring around the area during our stay, this house was great to come back to and relax. Our kids loved the pool. The view of the canal is beautiful. If you choose to go to the beach the house has chairs and umbrellas available. Great house for a vacation

Amazing view with dolphins even. We fished and had a great day at Sanibel beach. House super clean with everything we needed. My kids couldn't stay away from the pool, they loved it!. Dan answer prompt with any question we had, amazing Host. Will come back again !!

We had a great stay at Dan's home. The property was as described and the heated pool was great. The house is very comfortable and well stocked with everything you can need which you don't always find in a rental home. We would definitely stay at this home again, and actually looked to book some other dates that were already booked!

We found the property to be perfect for our stay. During our time there we rotated in friends and family for brief stays. The pool was wonderful and we spent a lot of time out by the pool. This is one of the best stocked homes we have stayed at. We really enjoyed our stay and are thankful for the way Dan managed his property.

I took my kids and Grandkids for a beach vacation, this house was perfect, had the space we needed and a pool and canal also came with a lot of things we didn’t have to go out and buy which was great as there was 8 of us!
