VILLA MANAE - NEW ON THE MARKET OF THE RENT. House bought in May 2018 and completely renovated and tastefully furnished in October 2018.
House of 2300 square feet (220m2) with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for up to 8 people comfortably.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a TV with internet connection and direct access to the lanai and pool. Next to it is a bathroom equipped with a shower and 2 separate sinks and dressing room

Bedroom 2 and 3 are equipped with queen size beds, bedroom 4 with twin beds
Bedroom 2 has direct access to the outside.

All rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs with internet access (ROKU TV).
A bathroom is accessible from the pool area.

This home also offers a spacious and fully equipped kitchen that is easily accessible from all the rooms.
It is fully equipped with large American fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, everything you need for a perfect holiday.

The pool has solar heating consisting of 9 panels on the roof.
The exterior offers a large attractive and comfortable living space with a direct view of the canal. It includes sun loungers, a dining table for outdoor dining and an outdoor lounge area ideal for enjoying Florida's colorful sunsets.

The house has a renovated dock that can accommodate your boat and allowing you to enjoy the canal (fishing ...)
The garage allows to park 2 cars

The villa also offers WIFI for using your own computer, pad or smartphone but also a high quality printer with scanner. You can listen to the music outside with the amp using your devices in Bluetooth.

This south-facing house offers access to the gulf. The house is ideally located in a residential area. It also offers easy access to all amenities such as grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and entertainment but remains, nevertheless in a quiet and charming neighborhood.

Excellent all round
This place was perfect. It's a clean, spacious, well equipped house in a great setting. The pool and outside seating made for a very relaxing week, watching the sunrise over the canal with a morning coffee was particularly memorable. The kitchen had everything you could need, and we appreciated the extra supplies (salt, pepper, oil, condiments). So often places have nothing which you then have to go out and buy. Also appreciated the extra touches like hand soap in all the bathrooms. Communication and check-in was seamless, we had a great stay.

This home is perfect! Close to everything you could need. Well stocked! The pool is wonderful, they had fishing gear, pool toys, beach stuff and bikes! Everything you could need! Very clean. Kitchen was well stocked!

Relaxing Stay
House was perfect for our stay with 3 generations of adults ranging from 27 - 90. Perfect for relaxing with pool & dock on canal. Iguana was spotted on dock a few times during our stay. Interesting watching the water in canal rise from Hurricane Helene, covering dock, but house is on incline from canal, and yard stayed dry. Variety of stores just down the road from the house. Both Pascal & Sven were great with communication, and A/C repair was completed same day as issue was reported. Hope to stay again in future!

Older house in good condition. Spacious house (even for 8 people) and nice floor plan with Master bedroom on one side and 3 bedrooms on other side. Nice Pool area with heater that heats up water by about 3 degrees Fahrenheit on a sunny day. Great location by canal and close to shops. Good value for price, we were happy. Nice German property manager.

House great/Neighborhood okay
The house is perfect inside. Porch, pool lovely albeit unusable due to cold weather much of the time. Neighborhood not nearly as nice as the house. Neighbors on either side had junk on their driveways and/or yard including a plethora of Trump flags/signs in various stages of disrepair.

Unresponsive condescending, intrusive property managers
Property and owner were great for post IAN corporate stay. Neighborhood is working class; fine for business travel. Property managers were unresponsive on the day of check-in and insisted on early AM in-person check-in and check out did not respect privacy and were not professional. Husband and wife team treated you like you were 'their' employee, not a guest. "Strip beds, do laundry, you are renting not owning my husband will be there at 9 AM". Would definitely rent again from this owner who was great but not unless he hires new property managers.

Jederzeit wieder oder einfach für immer!
In dieser Anlage kann man sich einfach wohlfühlen, denn es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen gelungenen und erholsamen Florida benötigt. Es ist alles großzügig, sauber und komfortabel. In Wirklichkeit ist es sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos dargestellt. Wenn möglich kommen wir natürlich gerne wieder. Der Service und die Kommunikation ist absolut zuverlässig und war immer erreichbar.

Deze woning heeft alles wat u maar mag verwachten. Woning ligt in een perfecte buurt en winkels,supermarkt en restaurants op loopafstand. Vanaf de woning bent je heel snel op de highway welke kant je maar op wilt.

Wonderful vacation
Our group of 6 was supposed to stay at this house 2 years ago, but needed to cancel due to covid. I am so glad we were able to rebook. The check in process was very easy. The house was wonderful, clean and spacious with a very nice layout. We enjoyed every meal and evening outside under the covered lanai. The pool was fantastic and wonderfully warm for us Canadians. The neighbourhood was very safe and the people very friendly. Shopping was very close and even walkable. Kudos to Eric and his team for their wonderful service. We look forward to returning.

Peaceful experience
We had a wonderful time! The house is close to everything...stores restaurants, activities. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. The pool was perfect...clean, warm, large. The kitchen was well appointed with dishes, glassware and cookware, although no garbage disposal. We've already booked again. The owners were very responsive and it was a pleasure to communicate with them...even though they are in France! It was a wonderful vacation.

Lovely house
The house layout was great, but there were only two washcloths and some really old hand towels but the bath towels were great. It would have been a really nice pool to swim in but the weather was too cold. The property management was a real problem. Not calling at appointment time, not fixing lights that wouldn't shut off and a few other things he said he would do and didn't. He started out by telling us he was 'very intelligent' but we certainly didn't see that side of him. But the property was great other than him.

Escape to space
The property itself was very nice. Big home with lots of space and the lanai was huge. Lots of sitting and lounging areas. Only issue was the water in the pool was very cold. I do not think the solar panels did much to heat it up. Had a few minor issues that came up and management was slow to respond. They were not emergencies so it was not a big deal. Overall it was a nice stay.

Tolles großes Haus mit beheiztem großen Pool
Ich war mit meiner Familie (4 Pers.) und Freunden (3 Pers.) in diesem wunderbaren großen Haus. Das Haus ist groß, hell, sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Bäder super, eines hat sogar einen Ausgang zum Pool (sehr angenehm). Der Außenbereich (Südlage mit Sicht auf den Kanal) ist wunderschön mit Esstisch, kleinem Tischchen und einem Loungebereich (gemütlich). Der Solarbeheizte große Pool (28 Grad Celsius im Winter) war toll. Kommunikation mit Vermieter/bzw. Management war problemlos (sofortiger Kontakt, sehr freundlich). Alles war sauber, Küchenausstattung perfekt, jede Menge Handtücher vorhanden, etc... Selbst Spielzeug bzw. Wasserspielzeug für Groß und Klein ist vorhanden. Regelmäßige Poolreinigung vom Poolservice. Check-In wie auch Check-Out ohne Probleme. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, schon fast als wäre es unser eigenes Heim. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
