Enjoy this 3 bedroom, 3 bath house in Ft Myers/ Cape Coral. Fully stocked kitchen and laundry room for your convenience. Hot water on demand, TV’s in the bedrooms and lots of natural light. Comfortable beds and nice furnishings, along with a lanai seating area next to the screened in pool with a waterfall feature. Quiet neighborhood close to everything. Minutes from multiple beaches, Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel Captiva Island. Not far from sarasota Beach Naples beaches, and just a drive to Miami , also Close to downtown Ft Myers with great nightlife and even a ghost tour. Close to Fisherman's Village and Shell Factory too. Plus multiple restaurants in the area. Great place to make wonderful family memories. Pet friendly.

Comfortable room for all
House was just as described. Beds were really comfortable which is always most important to us. Owners were quick to respond when we had a small issue with the water and got it fixed within the hour. Would stay there again.
