Hurricane Milton Evacuation
We were evacuated from zone A so decided to stay here. The place was filthy when we arrived but we didn’t really care cuz we were just staying due to possibility that our house could flood. The patio has lots of mold and mildew so glad we didn’t go for vacation. Neighbors were very friendly. Point of contact was great and very responsive and agreed to refund cleaning fee but we have not seen that yet.

Loved everything about our stay! This home Is a must stay with a family or group of people. Everything was exactly as the photos and descriptions showed online. Pool was VERY clean and well maintained and the views from the canal at sunset are breathtaking. The home owner, Greg, was very fast and friendly getting back to us when we were communicating. It truly has everything you need for a wonderful Florida vacation. We will definitely try to book again in the future.

Perfect Set Up
This was the perfect choice for our family vacation. The house was very nice and beautifully located on the end of a canal, which made for gorgeous sunsets. The kids spent every hour at the house in the pool. I would definitely book again.

Responsive retreat
My sister and I needed a property same day for another location that did not work out. Not only did the property manager Greg, respond immediately, but he stayed in contact to try and help us right away. We checked in a day later once vacated. The house is nice with a private pool! The furniture in the main sitting area definitely needs to be updated, as well as bath and pool towels replaced. General updates all around would make this an exceptional location. Pool temperature was pretty cool since the thermostat was set lower than expected. Again the property manager responded quickly and sent the pool maintenance person. We were able to enjoy a couple days at the pool with warmer setting. All and all, we were happy with the response before, during, and even after our stay! Thanks to Greg! Laurie L

Family of four. House was perfect for us. We wish we could live there. Loved sitting by the pool although it was a bit chilly. We were a little farther away from the things we wanted to do than we would have liked because of traffic and stop lights though. Master bedroom bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was so big and nice!

Amazing Time

Bring toilet paper and toiletries. Property manager was apologetic about the offensive smell in the refrigerator/freezer. Our food picked up the smell. Pool had debris but I skimmed. Home was clean and nicely decorated.

Lexi was great help when we arrived. House was not cleaned from owner use. Air conditioner went out and was fixed the same day as Lexi was to get someone out to look at it. Hurricane Ian hit and house had no water or electricity which meant no AC. Roof was leaking shingles off down to tar paper. Kitchen ceiling was coming off. We had to get out of house early to be safe. Haven’t heard from Lexi since we texted to tell her what was happening.

I’ll start off with saying that the house is beautiful and Has a nice view. But I do just have a couple things that The cleaners do better and something that the owners should look into . First off the bed or mattress in the master bedroom should be changed out or the bed frame should be fixed but the bed has like a dip on the left side. Also the cover on the bed in master bedroom had either chocolate or had something gross on it. I didn’t feel the need to let the owners know due to the fact that the house has to stay between 74 and 77 degrees so I just used the sheet to cover up with. The second thing is that the pool was full of bugs and debris so I had to clean it my self but again I didn’t feel the need to contact owners because in the welcome book it said that the pool would be cleaned on Wednesday but come to find out they didn’t come to clean it till our last day (no figure). But other than those things it was a nice place with beautiful views but hopefully the cleaning people and the pool people get a talking to. Over all I give the place a 4 out of 5 and communication with owners was quick and easy. Thank you for the great vacation. We would stay again if those couple things were fixed!

My husband and I wanted to try Florida for our vacation this year and we wanted a place we could bring our sweet Pittie, Bella. The house was amazing as was the pool. We liked not having to share a pool with anyone like you do at a hotel. The only issues we had with this home was the beds and air conditioning. The mattresses are way too soft (saggy) and need to be replaced. The other thing is the rule about the air conditioning. 78 during the day and 74 at night. It gets ridiculously hot and uncomfortable in the living room. We kept the ceiling fans going but the one in the living room doesn’t push air down. We had brought two portable (small) fans and used them, but they didn’t make that much of a difference. We would definitely rent this home again in a cooler month. The views of the canal were beautiful.

Wonderful Cape Coral property
House was just as described. Beautifully kept home with a gorgeous pool area and view of canal. We sat in the pool and watched the sun set several evenings. We weren’t able to figure out how to use the Roku, but just having local news was fine as we aren’t TV watchers anyway. Plus who wants to watch TV when you can swimin the beautiful pool. Nice quiet area. Lots of restaurants closeby. We liked Twisted Lobster. Great stay. You won’t be disappointed.

Nice house but busy street and needs new mattresses
House was nice, heated pool a big plus for us. Pool waterfall feature and lights in water did it work. I texted property manager our arrival as requested as well as questions about the waterfall and pool lights but never got a reply. Yes I could have messaged again or through VRBO but it want that big of a deal so moved on . Was also supprised with such nice furniture that the mattresses where extremely worn out . The master bed sunk all the way to the bottom when one sat on the edge. Sheets on master looked pilly and should be replaced and whatever they used to wash all the towels smell like men's cologne. Also street is busy with cars speeding by as it's the 1st through way for a canal. Other than that place was nice and price was fair.

Property was very nice for the price. The listing stated garage, however, no opener was available to use garage, so need to manually open garage and then go through front door and lock up. Pool deck was dirty, could be washed off. weeds growing up around the lanai. Only had 3 wash clothes, house is for 6 people. Needed to go to store and buy paper supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towel, only had a half roll of each in the house when got there. TV is only antenna TV. Master bedroom TV would not come in. Roko was new to us so had a hard time figuring that out and a lot of it needed a signin. Overall, stay was relaxing.

Absolutely loved this home
The property was very spacious and comfortable. My niece husband and babies live near by and were able to come over and swim and the pool and grill out with us. 2 King size beds is a big plus. We will absolutely be back!
