Relax in this stunning and meticulously maintained 2500 sf. home located on one of the most beautiful and prestigious streets in Cape Coral, Savona Parkway.
The main living area has an amazing open floor plan with 4 spacious bedrooms (2 kings & 2 queens) all containing their own flat screen televisions and Wi-Fi throughout. The first master bedroom has an ADA equipped large walk in shower, 2 person tub and double sinks. House also has 2nd spacious master suite with access to pool area.
The glass multi slide patio doors open up to a beautiful screened in lanai area where you can relax in the amazing heated pool with a waterfall overlooking the canal. The fully equipped kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a large breakfast bar. The private dock and gulf direct canal give access to the Caloosahatchee River by boat in only 5 minutes. If you choose to rent a boat, you can cruise to Sanibel or Captiva Islands for a day in the sun. If you like to cook your own meals, feel free to catch your own fresh fish from your private dock located only a few steps from the kitchen.

Beautiful home in Cape Coral
We had a great stay in a beautiful home in Cape Coral with pool, plenty of space, and amenities for everyone! The owners provided an immaculate 4 bedroom home and well furnished with everything we needed for a 3 week stay! The property manager was so accommodating and made us feel welcome and comfortable. I have never stayed in a home as clean and well furnished, and we are already booked for our stay next year! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in Cape Coral!

We loved staying at this property. The sliding glass doors opened up, joining the living area to the pool area, which was amazing. The waterfront view was pretty, this home was perfect for our stay. It was clean, well kept and easy to live in!

Beautiful welcoming property!
This was our second time staying at this same property. It was JUST as wonderful this year as it was the first time. It is gorgeous inside and out. I was amazed by the cleanliness of both the inside of the house as well as the yard and the pool and pool area. Very spacious home, and while the pictures show exactly what the rooms look like, it feels larger in person. The location of the home is near grocery stores, restaurants and shopping, but tucked back in a quiet friendly neighborhood. Linens and towels felt new and higher end. The house had floats and pool noodles , fishing rods and bicycles. Property manager was very quick to respond to the one question I had this time. We loved this home and we cannot wait to come back!

We loved this house!!! Very quiet, great location, absolutely beautiful home and property! Kitchen has everything you will need. Beds extremely comfortable. Outside living is amazing. Great getaway place, Spacious and homely.
Love the home. It's located in a great spot, close to the canal and bunch of eateries, and also away from the the noise of the road. Well maintained pool, Kitchen, and good sized bedrooms. Outside the house itself, there's a good road side space to do your morning runs. Love the place, and would surely come to rent this location, if we're coming back to the Cape Coral area.

Great location. Home was clean. Check in process was easy. The property maintenance company was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had. There were six adults in our party. The home was very spacious and none of us felt crowded at any time. Pool was excellent and the dock was fund to fish off of.
