Enjoy SW Florida coastal living in my stunning new 9th-floor condo! The last half of March '25 and beyond are available! Booking for 2025 Holidays and Winter of 2026. For lucky snow birds, inquire for a monthly rate. Whether you're traveling for vacation, a family visit or remote working, I can't wait to help you get the most of your time in Cape Coral (my family has owned properties and vacationed here for years, and have many recommendations for dining and activities). We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Very clean, beautifully decorated, stunning views, every accommodation you'll need available to you (Beach chairs, beach towels, small appliances, etc.) Convenient location to restaurants, beaches, sightseeing and fishing. It was better in person than the photos can show. Recommend highly!

Great stay in a great unit
We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. The place was super clean and very well stocked with any appliance you might like, air fryer, cappuccino machine, margaritas machine, Kuerig and regular coffee maker. The view on this 9th floor unit is spectacular. It is on a very convenient location in Cape Harbor with great restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely be back in the future.
