Each apartment has its own, private terrace and its own sun area, which gives you the right beach feeling. The huge pool area, with heated whirlpool and integrated sunbeds, is screened to keep out annoying insects and animals. A large barbecue invites to barbeque evenings ...

By bike you are in a few minutes on Cape Coral Beach. There you can enjoy the sun of Florida, relax and swim in the Gulf of Mexico. Refreshments and small meals are available at the nearby pier, which also invites to take a stroll.

The property is clean and as pictured on the site. Close to everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped, and we cooked almost every night we were here. Bed was comfortable. I would stay again.

Winter getaway

We had a wonderful time. The apartment had everything we needed and the pool/hot tub area exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. The property manager was very responsive and friendly. The location was perfect - within walking distance of a small beach, grocery store, gym and everything else we might need. We would definitely stay here on our next trip to the area.

Perfect spot in Cape Coral

This property was just a few blocks away from my cousins in town. Nice little pool and hot tub, which I really did not get to enjoy much, but it was a good little getaway spot for me in between my other road trip activity around the region.

Perfect accommodations

We lost our roof with Hurricane Ian and my husband and I were down checking on repairs. This was the perfect place to stay. It is exactly as pictured, very clean, very nice guests in the other units, super responsive host, and a great location. I highly recommend!

What a wonderful place to stay! Clean, quiet, convenient location. Great to have a heated pool and hot tub right out the front porch. Kids loved it and want to live there. Nice to look out at nature and have mature landscaping out the back to sit and relax under a tree. Was an easy drive to Sanibel with the best beaches. Highly recommend.

Cold WI to Sunny Cape Coral

We are from WI. The weather was wonderful. Great place to stay. We had everything we needed. Clean well kept.. The pool was awesome. Close to the beaches and restaurants.. Judi was very helpful meeting our needs. We would recommend this place.
