Each apartment has its own, private terrace and its own sun area, which gives you the right beach feeling. The huge pool area, with heated whirlpool and integrated sunbeds, is screened to keep out annoying insects and animals. A large barbecue invites to barbeque evenings ...

By bike you are in a few minutes on Cape Coral Beach. There you can enjoy the sun of Florida, relax and swim in the Gulf of Mexico. Refreshments and small meals are available at the nearby pier, which also invites to take a stroll.

Apartment Dolphin offers a bright, spacious living / dining area with open kitchen. Large window fronts let in a lot of light. From the well-equipped kitchen you can easily reach the dining area or simply enjoy your breakfast at the kitchen counter.
A comfortable sofa, which can be quickly transformed into a comfortable, generous double bed, invites you to relax. Here you can relax and enjoy a book or follow the latest news on television. Even the bedroom is spacious - in the spacious closet you have plenty of space, clothes to bring and newly purchased treasures to stow. The queen-size bed promises a relaxed night's sleep ... The bedroom has a large enough bathroom, with a bath. Of course you do not have to bring bed linen or towels. In addition to shower towels and beach towels are available. The apartment has a private, screened outdoor area.

Wonderful location to stay, private and close enough to downtown Cape Coral
We stayed for a week. From the beginning the communication was exceptional from the property manager and it didn’t change throughout our stay.

Perfect get a way
This was the perfect place to stay. The accomodations were very nice. Check in was very easy. The people communicated with us all the time. The accomodations were clean, spacious and very nice. We would recomend staying here if you want a nice place to stay. Once here everything was there that you needed. Thank you very much for everything.

The property manager (Judi) is very attentive to detail and to the guess. She gets five stars from us. The appartments have all you need for a very comfortable vacation. We have rented in Europe, USA and Canada and we think this place is part of the best places we rented. Danny & Michy, Canada

Nicely furnished and affordable apartment!
We had a very nice stay in the Dolphin apartment. Judi, the property manager, was super helpful and friendly. It's a great little property and convenient to a number of activities. From this location, we visited Venice, Sanibel, and Fort Myers. The apartment had nice and clean bedding, towels, and kitchen dishes. There are beach towels, beach chairs, and bikes to borrow. There is a screened in front porch and there are a couple of chairs out the back door in the yard, so plenty of ways to enjoy the sun. It was a great value and we would recommend to friends. My only heads up to other guests: the convertible sofa-bed (for 3 person occupancy) which is provided in the apartment isn't super comfortable for an adult. I think a child would be fine.

Last minute getaway
We decided to stay here the day before our flight (tix were only bought 1 day prior). The host was super responsive in helping get the booking pushed through with less than 24 hour booking. The unit was just cleaned when we arrived and AC was a little behind but otherwise was perfectly acceptable. AC is being replaced in all units with a mini split which will probably be better - our definitely struggled with the 110degree heat index! Our first night we turned on TV and noticed the screen was broken. I texted the property manager Judi and she said they would fix the next morning (July 4 holiday). I said that wasn’t necessary - we just wanted to document but Judi and team did come by on 4th with a new TV which was appreciated. We used the pool and hot tub every day and really enjoyed the location being close to everything on 47th Terrrace. For fireworks we drove a few blocks to the American Legion (it was hot) and then walked to the bridge. Will definitely stay here again and recommend.

Great place
My Husband and I stayed in the Dolphin Apartment for 10 days. It was clean and well appointed with Pool and Hottub. Great quiet location within walking distance e of down-town restaurants and Bars and 10 mins drive to beach. Judi made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended.

The property manager was excellent, very helpful and available when needed. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom and A/C could use some updating. Somewhat distant from good beaches, but overall value was good and it was nice to have access to a clean pool. Close to good restaurants and shopping.

Super Appartement in toller Lage!
Super Appartement, mit allem was man für einen tollen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Abwicklung vor, während und nach der Reise ist in jeder Hinsicht absolut weiter zu empfehlen. Das Appartement ist in einem einwandfreien Zustand und absolut sauber! Die Eigentümer sowie die Hausverwaltung vor Ort sind jederzeit ansprechbar und lösen jedes kleine Problem sofort. Wir haben bereits mehreren Personen das Appartement weiter empfohlen und dies werden wir auch weiterhin tun. Dies war der 3. Aufenthalt in einem der Appartements. Ein 4. ist bereits in Planung :-).

Immer wieder gerne!
Ein wunderschöner Ort zum Urlaub machen. Der Pool mit dem dazugehörigem Whirpool läd dazu ein, die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Bereits zum zweiten Mal im Beach Resort gewesen und das war mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal. :-)

Modernes wohnen in Cape Coral ?
Wir waren super gespannt, wie wird unser Dolphin Apartment sein, als wir die Tür aufgeschlossen hatten, öffnete sich ein Modern und hell eingerichtetes Apartment, ganz toll. Wir waren sooo schön überrascht , auch das Schlafzimmer Modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Badezimmer ok, das wussten wir von Martina dass es nicht modern ist, aber war ausreichend, außer die Klobürste mit Halter hat es echt nötig ausgetauscht zu werden. ;-) Die Küche Ist absolut ausreichend und reicht wunderbar für alles. Es gibt Waschmaschine und Trockner im Haus was wir dankend genutzt haben. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und alles sehr gut erreichbar. Abschließend sei gesagt das wir wenn wir in Cape Coral wieder ein Apartment mieten würden, wir uns wieder fürs Dolphin entscheiden würden, nicht zuletzt wegen den wirklich sehr netten und coolen Vermietern! ? Zu Hause fühlen in Florida
Schönes Apartment, tolle Anlage und schöner Pool! Obendrauf noch super liebe Vermieter (unbedingt treffen wenn sich die Gelegenheit ergibt!! Am besten eine Bootstour zusammen machen - HAMMER!!). Es gab wirklich alles im Apartment! Vom Tupfer-Geschirr, über Wok, Töpfe...einfach alles! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wollten gar nicht mehr heim! Nächstes Jahr kommen wir wieder!!!!!! DANKE für die wunderbare Zeit!

Traumhafter Urlaub in tollem Appartement
Wir - frischgebackene Eltern mit einem 10 Monate alten Baby - haben 10 Tage in diesem tollen Appartement gewohnt. Das Appartement ist komfortabel ausgestattet und wir haben nichts vermisst (selbst ein Hochstuhl und ein Babybett waren bei unserer Ankunft vorhanden). Die Betreuung vor Ort war erstklassig- egal, was wir gefragt haben, es wurde sich sofort gekümmert. Wir haben regelmäßig den Pool und den erstklassigen Grill hinter dem Haus genutzt. Das Appartement ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!

Awesome
Die Unterkunft war ganz nach unserem Geschmack. Zentral gelegen in Cape Coral ist das Apartment ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Empfehlenswert ist der wenig touristische Strand Lovers Key, wo die begehrten Sand Dollar zu finden sind. Ebenso sollte man einen Ausflug in die Everglades einplanen. Zum Shoppen lädt die Miromar Mall in Fort Myers ein. Der Strand in Cape Coral ist eher übersichtlich, der Sonnenuntergang am Pier aber ein absolutes Muss. Den Abend kann man entspannt im beheizten Whirlpool ausklingen lassen (noch besser mit Getränk :-)). Die Ausstattung ist genau wie auf den Bildern und Dank des freundlichen Mobiliars des schwedischen Möbelhauses fühlt man sich direkt heimisch. Strandtücher sind vorhanden und ein gemeinsamer BBQ-Platz lädt zum Grillen ein. Die Vermieter und die örtliche Hausverwaltung sind sehr sympathisch und äußerst hilfsbereit.

Toller Urlaub
Wir waren für 3 Wochen in diesem Appartment. Lange hatten wir nach einer guten Unterkunft gesucht. Ein Haus war uns einfach zu groß, weshalb wir letztendlich nach Ferienwohnungen suchten und glücklicherweise diese hier fanden. Das Appartment ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man in einem Urlaub und auch darüber hinaus benötigt. Wir haben rein gar nichts vermisst. Sogar eine Waschmaschine mit Trockner steht der Anlage zur Verfügung, was das mitgebrachte Gepäck deutlich verringerte. Die gesamte (kleine) Wohnung war wirklich sauber und ist sehr gepflegt. Man hat sich sichtlich Mühe mit der Einrichtung geben und auch ein Auge fürs Detail dabei gehabt. Sollte es mal Probleme geben, gibt es vor Ort eine deutsch sprechende Ansprachpartnerin, die sich wirklich sehr viel Mühe gibt und sich um alles kümmert. Die Betreuung vor Ort war für unser Empfinden vorbildlich. Vor der Anreise wurden wir zudem mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt, die man benötigt. Somit war auch eine Anreise des Nachts überhaupt kein Problem gewesen. Auch hier hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage für einen erholsamen Urlaub ist zu 100 Prozent gegeben. Tagsüber kan man an wundervollen Stränden entspannen und den Abend am wunderschönen und großen Pool ausklingen lassen. Die Anlage liegt in einer besseren Wohngegend von Cape Coral. Supermärkte, Restaurants etc. sind zwar nicht fußläufig aber mit dem Auto keine 5 Minuten entfernt gelegen. Sanibel Island, Ft. Myers Beach und Umgebung erreicht man binnen kürzester Zeit (30-45 Minuten). Sogar die Everglades sind problemlos in einem Tagesausflug machbar. St. Petersburg und Clearwater Beach sowie Tampa sind 2h entfernt, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale und Orlando in ca. 3h. Zu den Keys sind es knapp 500km. Zusammenfassend kann man sagen, dass wir ohne groß darüber nachzudenken wieder in diese Anlage fahren würden und können sie somit absolut weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für diesen klasse Urlaub.

Toller Urlaub
Habe das 1.Mal nicht über einen Veranstalter gebucht und war angenehm überrascht das Alles wirklich ganz Super geklappt hat. Angaben im Internet stimmen zu 100% mit den Gegebenheiten vor Ort überein. Das Appartment war sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Die Betreuung vor Ort, durch Steffi, war klasse. Sie ist eine ganz liebe nette Person und hilft bei allen Fragen. Ich würde diese Anlage zu 100% weiterempfehlen und ich war bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort.

Nice place to....
Sehr schöne, helle, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnungen. Wir haben uns in der kleinen Anlage sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles machte einen gepflegten und gut betreuten Eindruck. Den Gästen stehen insgesamt 4 Fahrräder zur Verfügung, so dass man morgens schnell mal Bötchen holen kann. Wäsche waschen und trocknen ist eine kostenlose Angelegenheit, die besonders von den Familien mit kleineren Kindern geschätzt wurde. Die nur vier Wohnungen im Beach Resort können fast eine familiäre Atmosphäre entstehen lassen, wenn man möchte. Gemeinsame Grillabende, aber auch ruhige Zweisamkeit auf der eigenen Terrasse waren möglich. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Objekt. Unser Sohn (14J.) fand den Pool und Whirlpool mit wechselnder Beleuchtung in den Abendstunden, ein Highlight. Mit dem Auto kann man die Umgebung erkunden, allerdings sind einige Brücken in der Umgebung nicht gebührenfrei. Die Brückengebühr nach Sanibel beträgt 6 Dollar, welche aber gut investiert sind. Wir haben vom Strand aus Delphine gesehen, die relativ dich zu den Booten, aber auch Schwimmern gekommen sind. "Delphinschwimmen" für 6 Dollar, ein absolut tolles Erlebnis. Wir können diese kleinen Anlage mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Astrid
