Beach equipment in the garage includes 4 chairs, 2 coolers, a beach cart, beach umbrella and beach toys.
Game room includes shuffleboard, foosball, connect 4, board games, cards, books and puzzles, a sitting area of pub table and a large bar with wine refrigerator.
Private fenced backyard has room for bocce ball or cornhole.
