Cook and gather in our fully-equipped kitchen featuring a stunning quartz waterfall island and brand-new appliances. Enjoy your morning coffee with our coffee maker or whip up cocktails with the blender. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats up to 8 guests.

Unwind in the beautifully decorated living area with a 55" Fire TV. The open-plan design connects the living space to the dining room and kitchen, perfect for socializing with family and friends.

Primary Bedroom: Relax in the bright primary suite with a king-sized memory foam bed, 43" Fire TV, and ensuite bathroom featuring a double vanity and rainfall shower.
Secondary Bedroom: This cozy room has a queen-sized memory foam bed and convenient access to the main bathroom.
Third Bedroom: Ideal for kids, this charming space has two bunk beds (maximum weight 200 lbs per bed), located near the main bathroom.

Outdoor Space
Our outdoor area enhances your Southwest Florida experience with a covered lanai, outdoor grill, and a screen-caged heated saltwater pool. Enjoy lounging by the pool or playing lawn games like bocce ball and cornhole in the fenced backyard.

Pool Heat: Available for an additional $25/night fee (paid 72 hours before check-in). The pool temperature is maintained between 85-88°F.

Lovely home
We are snowbirds who stayed for two months. The house is lovely - very clean and well equipped for a longer stay. We really enjoyed spending time lounging on the lanai. The area is quiet and you can hear the birds sing which is not always the case in holiday rentals. The owners were quick to respond to questions.

Beautiful Home
Everything at the house was as-advertised. The house feels very open and spacious, with high ceilings. It is well-equipped - our family put the waffle-maker and more to good use! The pool area is beautiful, and we enjoyed spending bug-free evenings under the lanai. The house worked very well for our family - 2 couples each had a bedroom, and four kids shared the bunk bed room. Breeann did all she could to help us when an unexpected issue came up with the washing machine, and we appreciated it. Highly recommend!
