Cooking meals is easy thanks to a stylish kitchen with all new stainless-steel appliances and modern extras including a wine fridge and Keurig and Mr. Coffee machines. For guests who prefer relaxing outdoors while enjoying the beautiful view of the wide Honolulu Canal and watching boats go by all day long, a Gas Grill is ready for use for cooking outdoors. The house also features two master suites, each with plush king beds and en-suite bathrooms.

Sliding glass doors welcome the Florida sunshine into a large living room with tiled floors and vaulted ceilings. Kick back on two leather sofas in front of a 42" flat screen cable TV with smart TV options.
Modern Samsung kitchen and laundry room appliances and window/door shutters and shades have recently been installed.
The contemporary kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and thoughtful extras. In addition to the Keurig machine, Cuisinart Coffee maker and wine fridge, guests will find a fully stocked kitchen that includes high quality stainless steel pot and pans and large roasting pan for those guests who prefer to enjoy holiday meals in sunny Cape Coral!
While the chef preps dinner, enjoy drinks and snacks at the kitchen bar. Nearby, a large dining table has room for six to share sit-down meals. A convenient “pass through” window with outdoor granite counter is located between the kitchen and the outdoor dining table for guests that prefer to cook indoors, but dine outdoors.
Enjoy socializing in the screened-in partially covered patio, set beside a beautiful heated pool. The choice is yours: RELAX on the large lanai and enjoy the Southern exposure or enjoy the warm breezes and comfort of two large ceiling fans on the large covered portion of the lanai, while you notice the flying mullet jumping in the the canal or a group of beautiful white egrets lounging on the dock!! There’s ample seating for everyone, with patio chairs, a love seat, rocker chairs and sun loungers (8 on property). Fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco around the six-person glass top patio table. A spare canister of propane will be available in the lanai closet, if needed. Swivel our comfortable rocker chairs toward the newly added outdoor smart T.V. and enjoy an outdoor home theater experience under the covered portion of the lanai!

Located for privacy, the two master bedrooms come with direct access to the pool area, a king bed, and a 32" wall-mounted or counter top smart TV. Each master bedroom has an elegant ensuite bathroom that boasts a walk-in closet, a dual vanity with a sparkling black granite countertop and a walk-in shower. For children or adults, a pair of twin beds awaits in the third bedroom, which also features a double door closet.
Guest amenities include a private boat dock, newly added pool heater, complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, internet and streaming and a washer/dryer located in the laundry room portion of the half bath. Enjoy fishing or boating, right from the private dock! Rosen Park, just 7 minutes away, offers two public boat ramps for launching your own boat to dock at this home! Since Cape Coral boasts, on the average, 265 sunny days per year, the electric pool heater and the southern exposure, ensures comfortable pool use all year long! For privacy, a pocket door separates the laundry room and bathroom. A recently added desk, situated in the living room, provides a space to use your own laptop, if you choose to bring one from home. The network name and password for the FREE WIFI is located in a frame on the desk. The air conditioner is new and protected by a service contract. There is driveway parking available for at least two vehicles.

Drive 7 minutes to play a round at Hunters Run Executive Golf Course, travel 9 minutes for arcade games and bowling at Bowland Cape Coral, or head 11 minutes with the kids to Mike Greenwell’s Bat-A-Ball & Family Fun Park.
There’s more fun to be had at Sun Splash Family Waterpark (an 11-minute drive). Beside the waterpark, Lake Kennedy Community Park offers a picturesque spot for strolling in the sun, with numerous amenities including a fitness area, walking paths, and library. Only a 15 minute drive from the house, Cape Coral's Yacht Club Beach, located at the Yacht Club Community Park, is a great spot to spend the day and to have dinner at the Boat House Tiki Bar & Grill, while watching the amazing sunsets and listening to live music! A beach umbrella, beach towels, 6 beach chairs, a beach table and a cooler are available at this house for use. The Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve, a wetland preserve, is another nearby location to enjoy walking trails and seasonal kayaking. Reserve a seat at the Cultural Park Theatre and enjoy a live Broadway show, not too far from home!
Drive 30 minutes to gorgeous Fort Myers Beach, or head 40 minutes to the idyllic shores of famed Sanibel Island, and Captiva Island to enjoy shelling, a beautiful sunset, or outdoor/indoor dining.
Leaving by boat from the private backyard dock, guests will be just minutes to the open waters of the Caloosahatchee River which leads to the Yacht Club Beach, Fort Myers Beach, Lovers Key State Park, Sanibel and Captiva Islands and the Gulf of Mexico. Public boat ramps are available at Rosen Park, which is just 7 minutes from our home, if you wish to take your own boat!
