Place is great for 2-3 friends to stay for a long weekend! No complaints... Nice place for sure and the pics are representative.

Family Visit
First the positives. Very clean and spacious. The kitchen was updated and the pool was so nice to have. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were very nice. The home was located close to Fort Myers and there were plenty of restaurants close by as well.Also the management company was very responsive. There were some things that could be quickly addressed to improve the experience. At the top of the list, the beds and bedding really need to be replaced. Mattresses were worn and thin. Bedding itself old. Worn. Same with towels. The fan in the master bedroom did not work, but there was a portable fan, so we made do. Given that TVs are so inexpensive, perhaps consider one in each of the other bedrooms.

Needs updates
Although we loved the location and our favorite place was the back yard and pool area (the weather was perfect) however we had to wash all the bedding as it was musty smelling maybe because there hadn’t been any renters recently. Also the master bedroom shade on the sliding doors were half gone so my husband hung a sheet for privacy. The tv in the living room was prehistoric and we couldn’t have family movie night, there were no games, cards or books to be found. Lastly anyone visiting a warm sunny State would love to bbq/grill poolside and all they had was an old dirty rusty smoker. The garage was a mess and the owners showed up during our stay to leave a vehicle in the garage. Come on guys, you should do better.
