Located in the prestigious neighborhood of Savona, this 4-bedroom pool home makes a perfect vacation getaway. This home is Florida living with a spacious great room concept. The sliding glass doors leading to the lanai fully open to the living area, becoming a great entertainment space for you and your guests. The lanai faces south for wonderful sunning next to the pool.
The great room includes a dining space, living room with sleeper sofa, off entry seating area and fully equipped kitchen. The spilt bedrooms include a spacious master bedroom and private bath with large walk in shower, soaking tub and dual sinks. On the other side of the great room are three additional bedrooms and a hall bath with tub and shower which also serves as the pool bath. The front bedroom has two twin beds and second and third guest bedrooms each feature a king bed . Each bedroom features its own TV
This is truly a home, not just a vacation rental, elegantly appointed and furnished with every amenity needed for a relaxing vacation. The home is fully furnished with all the amenities you need for a easy vacation. Linens, towels, beach towels, laundry soap, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, gas grill, etc, etc, this is a home away from home.

We hadcan excellent stay in Cape Coral. Beautiful house and pool with also two kayaks. Lots to do. Nice beaches and lovely walks.

Beautiful Home
We recently stayed at this well kept, clean home for a week. This home is centrally located near shopping, restaurants and activities. The house was well stocked with towels , paper goods , pool floats , fishing rods , etc. Very quiet neighborhood. House was nicely decorated and located at the end of the canal. Pool was very clean and enjoyable. Would stay here again when in Cape Coral area.

Cape Coral getaway
Good size house in great location for SW Florida. Fort Myers still recovering but good access to Sanibel and Captiva islands. Lovely view at rear of property down canal with visiting dolphin and manatee. Easy access to shops and restaurants. Nearby yacht club Tiki bar was our favourite.

Wonderful home
My family had a wonderful time and very much enjoyed our time at this home. Everything was as described in the booking. The home was very spacious. The pool was great and we enjoyed looking out at the canal while in the pool or resting on the lanai. Would definitely recommend and stay there again when in the area.

This is our 3rd Christmas coming to Cape Coral. The kids loved how warm the pool was & swam all the time. The neighborhood is nice & everyone was friendly when we went for walks. Qq

Amazing Home
We loved waking up to the view with the pool and canal in the background. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was our favorite part, being able to just jump in our own private pool and not share it with other tourists was supreme. We are absolutely rebooking this house for next year!

Quiet Neighborhood, nice pool, everything you need home away from home. Property management and repair man were quick and responsive to an AC issue we had. Can’t beat the view on the canal!

Family vacation
The house was very spatious! We loved the pool and outdoor area overlooking the canal!!! The gravity chairs in the photos have been replaced with white pool chairs. The kitchen was well equipped. Location was amazing! Easy spot to pull a boat up and easy access to the river!! All beds were very hard and could be a little more comfortable but otherwise the stay was great! Tons of beach/pool towels and bathroom towels. Highly enjoyed our time here!

What a view!
There were 5 of us from Maryland and enjoyed the holidays together in this beautiful house. An average everyday temp was 75 degrees in December/January. The house was accommodating. Each bedroom very clean and TVs in every room. The pool and view were wonderful. It was a home away from home. We will be back again. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home!!
I’ve stayed at a lot of different homes in Cape Coral and this house is by far my favorite! Absolutely huge! Beautiful pool with unlimited sunshine. The view down the canal with all the boats is gorgeous. The owners were super quick with a response to any question. We went to different beaches every other day. They have a notebook with suggestions for beaches, restaurants and lots of helpful information!! We will definitely be rebooking.

Our December Stay
For the most part, we really enjoyed our stay. House was well stocked, and had pretty much everything we needed for the week. Beautiful view of the canal, and the pool was clean. However, we did have dead cockroaches and the master bathroom tub does constantly drip. We did worry about the electricity usage since that was stressed. Overall, I would recommend this house!

Most relaxing vacation we’ve ever had!
My mother, aunt and I stayed here for a week in April for a shelling trip. The house was so clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The living room had a very large smart TV that we could sign into our streaming accounts on and watch things together at night. The master bedroom also had a smart TV which was super nice. We used the pool a lot! We were able to easily adjust the temperature of the pool and were so thankful for the basket full of beach towels! My mother and aunt loved lounging on the pool floats and batting around the beach balls. I will leave a note that the electricity warning is not as frightening as it’s made out to be. We kept the house temperature at 70 degrees, and the pool at 80 degrees, for the whole week and did not get charged extra. The house is in a great location by many excellent restaurants and easy access to one of the bridges to Fort Meyers. We would 100% book again!

We hope to return!!!
Our group of ten enjoyed celebrating the New Year by lounging around and in the pool at this open, airy and spotless house overlooking a Cape Coral canal!!! We watched the weather roll in from the lanai - a view we definitely don’t have in Pennsylvania and Texas. Convenient location for trips out to the Escape Room, Gazoops (yummy ice cream shop), Rib City (fantastic baby back ribs) and other restaurants and shops! (We also highly recommend kayaking with the manatees during cool weather at Manatee Park in Fort Myers!!! We saw scores of manatees!) Alysha was communicative and helped us firm up last minute additions to our group. Jim stopped by to visit and to let us know he was available to help - all we needed to do was give him a quick call. Highly recommend this vacation home!!! We hope to return!!!

Family vacation
Our group of 8 adults had plenty of space to spread out. The pool was great but has no working lights in it for night swimming. Any issues we reported were addressed quickly by the local property manager. We failed to do our research on just how much damage from the hurricane there still was in this area and found that at least 50 percent of everything seemed to be closed/destroyed, especially the beaches and yacht club which is closed entirely. Wish we had known the extent of the damage before booking.

Florida get away
The house was well equipped it had everything especially in the kitchen. And the master bedroom and bath were nice, but the second bathroom was in need of updating and was not as clean as it should have been. Also because of the reminders about how expensive the electricity was we were afraid to increase the pool water temperature so we did not enjoy the pool for the first several days of our stay. After talking with Steve (who was very helpful) on Thursday he assured us that we could raise the temp and we would not be charged. So by Friday we were able to use the pool.

The house is outdated, almost every set of blinds in the rooms were torn and ripped, the bathtub in the master bedroom leaked consistently. The house looks a lot more clean in the pictures, we had a lot of dust and spider webs around the lamps and corners of the house. Our AC went out one day and they told us that we should not have waited so late to inform them even though we had not been at home all day. The property manager told us that we can “pack our tooth brush, papers, money and move to a different a property”. Which was not as easy as it seems considering we brought our boat and did not want to leave all of our personal stuff. The house needs a lot of work and it just felt grungy.
