Private upstairs with 2 room and bath. Shared kitchen and laundry. Hoping for long term renter that is a professional like teacher or traveling nurse. Neighborhood is peaceful and parking would be outdoors.

Please park straight in the drive way and do not block garage doors.

Also, there are very few, if any, hotel type amenities like shampoo, soap, towels, coffee. The upstairs is fairly bare in this sense.
