"The pictures really don't do the place justice. It's such a beautiful cabin with everything you'd need and it's in a beautiful location with mountain views. Everything was clean and felt brand new. "Trailside cabins are set back from road, in a private setting. Interiors are spotlessly clean, efficient with everything you need, nicely decorated. Private access path to rocky ocean front. Very accomodating owners. "

"When visiting the impressive Louisbourg Fortress I wanted a quiet place away from noisy hotels and I found it. Excellent place to stay above 45 minutes away from the fortress but in the boonies. It’s a small cabin, rustic but with shower, hot water, kitchen, fridge, stove and a cozy bed. The screened in gazebo deck was super nice separating me from the voracious mosquitos. Super clean and a real nice quiet place to stay. Will try to book again when in Cape Breton. "

"The photos don’t do this property justice! The view from the deck is absolutely beautiful and you can see the water! The property manager had great communication with us as the power went out our first night and she was quick to message us and offer to bring candles and flashlights. The kitchen is very clean and nice and there is a heat pump that came in handy. Would highly recommend this cabin if you’re looking for a calm get away.
