"Somewhat grand house with a lot of character. Nice view of the garden to the hills and river just outside. Spacious room and bathroom. Everything worked well. Ouffa (the host) was gracious and friendly. Easy and pretty walk into the nearby small town."

"The house is well equipped and spacious with lots of room to spread out and come together. We used the location to explore the region and had easy access to Sarlat, Beynac, Castelnaud, Domme etc. Highlight was a kayak trip on the Dordogne river past castles and beautiful villages. Also a day in Montignac to see Lascaux. We enjoyed the well marked hiking trials that left right from the house. "We went on holiday with 4 adults and 3 children ( 12 to 14). The House is situated in the very well kept village of Capdrot and only a 5 minute drive to the lovely old town of Monpezzier ( which is deffinatly worth a visit on thursdays which is Market day). The house is equiped with everything you need including a washing machine which is a must for us ( allows us to travel with slightly less items). The internet was more than adequate for us to all be online at once. The Pool isnt covered but...

"A terrace over looking the old city makes this a fun place to stay. Not easy to find but once you do it is a perfect inner city location. Lovely staff. Large suites, dated but functional and quirky. If driving recommend the extra $ to park. "

"We have had a disappointing experience with this vacation rental. All four of us have suffered from bed bugs. We initially thought we were dealing with mosquitoes. But the bites got so big and painful that it wasn't until later that we realized we were dealing with bed bugs. We complained about this to the landlord afterwards and it seemed only reasonable to us that they would refund half as our holiday enjoyment was seriously ruined. We have not received any response from the landlords."
