"Serge at the front desk was very helpful with our checkin. One of our bedsheets had a shoe mark on it and we encontered the same issue with the prevoius resort in Mallorca as well. The room was well aid out and spacious this particular room did not have a proper shower tray with a door or a towel rail which would have been better. The balcony view of this room was to the rear of the hotel no pleasant gardens or anything just views out over residential properties and the car park which can be a little noisy at times with cars and dogs barking etc. "
