From November 1st, 2024, new entry regulations will apply in Spain. Every guest must now answer a comprehensive questionnaire of 40 points. This data must be sent by the owners or agencies to the Spanish Ministry of the Interior. In the event of non-compliance, a fine of 30,000.00 euros is threatened.
Not only we as an agency, but the entire Spanish tourism industry is appalled and condemns this completely excessive bureaucracy in the strongest possible terms. In addition, its legality and conformity with European data protection laws are questionable.
