Let yourself be woken up by your dream destination! Everything for this moment: our fairytale finca * Almendra *. Slightly elevated, surrounded by approx. 7000 m2 of natural terrain, the finca is quiet and peaceful at the end of a dead end, approx. 2 km from the sandy bay of Cala Mesquida. The finca consists of 2 residential units.
The smaller apartment consists of a living-sleeping area with a separate kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.

The prices below apply to this two-person apartment. The four-person apartment can be found under object no .: 761345 When booking both apartments, please ask for our special prices.

On request, our guests can rent the in-house rental car cheaply.

Nah am Strand und trotzdem wunderbar ruhig und grün
Die Finca Almendra liegt sehr ruhig und umgeben von einem liebevoll gestalteten Garten und doch sind der belebte Strand Cala Mesquida und das quirlige Cala Ratjada in kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Der kleine, aber sehr gepflegte Pool bietet Erfrischung, die Wohnung ist sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Einzig der Außensitz der Wohnung wäre geplättelt und weniger staubig noch schöner. Uwe ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und ist bei allen Fragen auf das Wohl seiner Gäste bedacht. Vielen Dank!

Sehr schöne ruhige gelegene Finca
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub auf Mallorca bei unseren netten und unkompizierten Vermietern. Die Finca ist traumhaft und absolut ruhig gelegen. Trotzdem ist der Strand fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank Uwe und Kati.

Erholung Pur / Absoluter Geheimtip!!
Wir waren ende September für 1 Woche in dieser schönen Finca. Unser Urlaub begann schon perfekt, Uwe & Kati die Vermieter haben uns per Shuttle für kleines Geld, direkt am Flughafen abgeholt, es gab ein frisches Getränk und der stressige Transfer zum Hotel wie sonst immer, war damit überfällig. wir waren nach ca. 1 stunde in der von uns gemieteten Finca, die direkt an einem Naturschutzgebiet liegt. Wenn wir mal nicht den tag am Pool verbringen wollten, sind wir an den herrlichen Sandstrand von Cala Mesquida zu Fuß, durch die Dünen gelaufen ( ca. 10 min. ). Abends kann man die zeit gemütlich auf dem schönem Grundstück der Finca verbringen oder man fährt mit dem auto nach Cala Ratjada ( ca. 10 min ), wo jede menge Abwechslung geboten wird. Die Finca ist gemütlich eingerichtet mit kleinen schönen Details zum wohlfühlen. Wir haben zur Finca auch gleich einen Mietwagen bei Uwe gebucht, für einen absolute fairen preis, so das wir auch unsere Freizeit unabhängig gestalten konnten ( Biketour, Golf spielen, Ausflug nach Valdemossa ). Alles in allem ein absolut gelungener Urlaub, um den Alltagsstress hinter sich zu lassen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. LG aus Dresden Susi, Susi, Matze & Thomas

Ist der Hammer!!!!
Eine sehr schöne Umgebung zum entspannen und abschalten. Die Finca ist spitze,alles ordentlich,sauber und es fehlt einen an nichts! Ihr müsst euch einfach selber mal ein Bild davon machen,es ist schwer in Worte zu fassen,weil es einfach genial ist. Ein Riesen danke schön nochmal an die lieben Vermieter,wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder !!!!!

Wunschlos glücklich in Abgeschiedenheit
Trotz einer Affenhitze draußen hatten wir es in unserer Wohnung (der kleineren) angenehm warm. Die Küche lässt fast keine Wünsche offen, die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und schön eingerichtet, der private Essplatz draußen schattig und der geheime Weg zum schön(st)en und sauberen Strand Cala Mesquida ein echtes Highlight. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto 5 Minuten weg, trotzdem hört man nichts außer Zikaden. Auch der Kontakt zu den Besitzern ist freundlich und offen, engagierter, aber bei Wunsch auch unauffälliger, könnten sie nicht sein. Alles in allem können wir die Ferienwohnung wärmstens empfehlen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub!
Es war wirklich ein sehr schöner Urlaub dort! Für Fragen standen Uwe und Kati immer zur Verfügung und das Apartment war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ein Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto auch innerhab von 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Grundstück der Finca ist sehr idyllisch, Erholung ist garantiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hübsche Ferienwohnung in idyllischer Lage
Wir waren eine Woche mit unseren Kindern (3 und 5) in der abseits gelegenen Finca Almendra. Die Vermieter Uwe und Kati waren sehr nett und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist groß und hübsch eingerichtet, mit schönem Ausblick auf das umliegende hügelige Naturschutzgebiet. Die Kinder konnten wunderbar im Garten spielen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der schöne Sandweg, der vom Haus durch Wald und Dünenlandschaft zum Strand führt.

Ruhige, idyllisch gelegene Ferienwohnung
Die Finca liegt in einem sehr großem, neuangelegtem Grundstück. Die Einzimmerferienwohnung ist praktisch in Schlaf-, Eß- und Wohnbereich aufgeteilt und bietet direkten Zugang in den abwechselungsreich angelegten Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Für uns war die Lage fantastisch. Das Grundstück grenzt an ein großes Naturschutzgebiet mit Kiefernwald, durch das sich viele Wege zu verschiedenen Stränden (Cala Mesquida ca 20 Min. zu Fuß) ziehen. Kati und Uwe waren sehr hilfreich und aufgeschlossen gegenüber jeder Bitte und Frage. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand.
