A living room with sofa (BZ), opening directly onto the outside, a new fitted and equipped kitchen, a separate toilet (RDC).
The bedrooms are upstairs, 2 beds 140 cm and one single bunk bed, with a bathroom.
A large terrace of around 35m² facing WEST, not overlooked, at the foot of the dune.
Private parking space, and direct access to Santocha beach.
Household linen and cleaning are not included, they are extra. To pick up the keys 2 deposits will be required: one of 500€ for the accomodation and one of 90€ for the final cleaning.
An extra of 20€ will be asked for each animal.
