Villa with private pool just 10 km from Lucca. Wifi. 600 mt. to supermarket. Child-friendly outdoor areas.

The nature around the villa is beautiful and is characterized by vineyards and olive groves. In the same area are the beautiful, ancient "Ville Lucchese"; aristocratic family's impressive summer residences, which are now open to the public. Some are still inhabited so that only the park can be visited while others work as a museum.

It is easy to get to the house which is located a bit on the outskirts of the village and before the road starts climbing uphill. The villa is surrounded by a 1000 m2 large, flat and very child friendly garden, completely fenced. In the garden next to lives the helpful owner.

The 7 x 14 mt swimming pool with a varying depth from 1.20 to 2.30 mt. is located about 30 meters from the house. The swimming pool is completely private and is not shared with anyone. Around there are comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas and there is a small Jacuzzi tub which can be used max 1 hour per day without payment. Children in or around the pool must be looked after.
To reach the pool, you have to walk out of the fenced garden and cross a small road. This makes the place extremely child-friendly because the children can play in the garden without the risk that they will approach the pool.

Vivi is very spacious and bright. It is divided as follows:
Large entrance hall, a bathroom with shower, along three steps you come down to the living room with sofa and TV, a large well equipped kitchen with dining area and fireplace (gas stove, oven, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, American coffee maker, toaster). A dining room with large windows facing the garden.
On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, two bathrooms and a storage room.
Direct access to a large furnished terrace, perfect for outdoor dining at all times of the day since it is covered. Barbeque available.

Amazing house
Amazing house with a big pool! We stayed there for a week and would gladly have stayed another week if possible! The owner was very helpful with tips about were best to shop and eat, he even bought us a bottle of his favorite local wine as a welcome present. We stayed 8 people here without any trouble, the tree bathrooms came in handy when everybody wanted to take a nice shower after a long day just relaxing at the pool! The pool is big enough to swim laps in and also deep enough for diving in when the sun is burning. Good places for bread in the mornings and pizza at night were not far away. We visited the nearby town Lucca, a cozy beautiful town just 15 minutes drive away. Also went to the beach in Viareggio, which is 45 minutes to drive, nice long sand beach for the days when you dont want the pool! We truly recommend to stay in Capannori! Amanda

Super séjour !
Le logement est idéalement placé pour visiter la Toscane (Pise, Florence et les Cinque Terre a 1h environ), la proximité avec Lucques et son centre ancien permet de visiter et de profiter de toutes les commodités . La villa est bien équipée, nous étions 7 adultes, le logement est pratique et la piscine plus que bienvenue lors de grosses chaleurs. Le propriétaire vit à côté, il s’occupe de la piscine et du jardin en restant très discret, il est disponible et très accueillant. Après une explication sur comment utiliser le logement et quelques conseils sur les alentours (dont un très bon restaurant) nous avons pu profiter du logement en toute sérénité. Merci a Elisabeth pour sa disponibilité, elle gère activement la gestion, ainsi qu’aux propriétaires sur place pour leur sympathie et leur accueil.

Beautiful house with stunning pool
The pictures dont do the property justice, it really is a fantastic place to stay... very relaxed with a homely feel and amazing pool. The owner was just fantastic, very helpful with suggestions for a local restaurant and thoughtfully on arrival has supplied the house with all the necessities, milk, water, fruit and even a bottle of wine ;-). A lovely couple and we loved our stay The Browne Family

Schönes großzügiges Haus
Wir haben das Haus mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern bewohnt. Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben. Großzügig und sauber. Sehr gute vorab Betreuung durch die Agentur und durch die freundlichen Besitzer Vorort. Ein Auto ist erforderlich.
