Very authentic location in the hills around Lucca, surrounded by beautiful countryside, overlooking olive groves and vineyards. The residence is completely undisturbed but with Italian neighbors so you do not feel too isolated. Extremely centrally located for sight-seeing and near a small village. You can very easily get to restaurants, wine tasting at the surrounding farms - there is a wine farm within walking distance - like the well-known noble family villas not far from here.

It is a spacious villa with cozy homelike atmosphere more than a rental house. There is a lovely large covered patio area right outside the door, which is furnished for dining. Here you will undoubtedly get to spend many hours.

The 6 x 12 meter swimming pool is located in front of the property overlooking the kind of landscape one imagines to find in Tuscany. The depth varies from 1.20 to 1.80 mt. Children in or around the pool must be under adult supervision at all times.
At the pool you have a large covered furnished terrace with table tennis and a rustic outdoor kitchen consisting of table, sink, grill.
The house is surrounded by a large property with access to a flat lawn suitable children's play.

The house is rustic with wood-beamed ceilings, original stone floors and the decor is simple familial. The house developes over three levels and is therefore well suited for more families travelling together. It consists of:

A few steps down from the living room is a large double bedroom with private bathroom with shower.This room has direct access to the garden.
On the top floor are four bedrooms with double bed, the master bedroom has tv. One of these rooms has a private bathroom and closed stair access to ground floor room. A twin bedroom. Two bathrooms. The bedrooms on the first floor has air conditioning.
