"The Hotel was in a great location. I had the dorm room on the top floor. I didn't mind but could be quite a hike for some. The room backed onto a kitchen and was a bit open for my liking. Only 1 key to are between the room which could become problematic if you come back late and the door is closed. My friend stayed in a single room and if I stayed again I would chose the Single Room over the dorm"

"Our room faced the street. The curtains didn't cover all the windows so there was a lack of privacy. One of our blankets had a stain on it. We were given new blankets. "Despite supposedly being 24hr reception it was locked and dark at 6am. My bus was leaving for 7am. I called the number I had for the hostel and a woman answered, who said she'd send someone to open up. A guy arrived 10 minutes later. He'd been sleeping upstairs. Apparently there was a buzzer in the rooms I hadn't been told about that we were meant to use -- never saw it. It took him 20 minutes to open the door, to find the right key. Twenty minutes! "We booked a room with double bed a few weeks before reservation date. Upon arrival, there was some confusion about our reservation. After figuring it out, we were told that they did not have a double room available, but would be able to put us in separate rooms. Besides that issue, it was a decent hostel and good location, and the staff working were friendly and helpful!"
